This was the worst experience staying in this hotel.. I had paid up my hotel before getting there. When I get there they made me pay a deposit. Which is okay. When I was going to checkout on checkout day. They made me pay an extra nights stay. Didn’t let me leave the hotel. Tried to keep me hostage until I paid. Although I already had paid for 4 night stay, called the police on me everything. Food was not good. Limited places to eat with no slots open for reservations. I had to change my room multiple times because the ac kept turning off. I smelled gas in my room. They didn’t restock my fridge for days. I had to keep calling the lobby. It was the worst experience. Save your money !!

The property was amazing. Had amazing amenities. The only thing was with my room and the food. The food there wasn’t great and sometimes undercooked. I ended up getting food poisoning halfway through my trip. The room on the other hand was great. It was just missing some items that I noticed other rooms had. But it didn’t affect my trip.

The property’s up keep is pretty worn down. I was surprised by the building mildew and paint chipping away. We had the swim up room and though they did a wonderful job at decorating, our AC did not work. It was 71% humidity outside. They fixed it the next day. We ran into a few workers that were nice but majority seemed unhappy. We were ignored several times and one time at the Jerk Hut the lady chopping the chicken was down right rude to everyone. We all looked at each other like what is her problem? I’m not saying everyone needs to be super cheerful but people pay a lot of money to have a vacation, be nice. Be professional. This did not happen at the last resort I stayed at in Falmouth. They were much nicer. However, I loved the SwimUp room facing the beach. Very spacious and room service for food and etc was great. They’d come right down. I also liked they had a variety of food to choose from. However it was like the resort didn’t have AC. The buffet was so dangerous (I’m not exaggerating) the humidity created the marble floors to be wet. People were sliding. The cheeses would be stuck together. A lady said they were working on it. At the hibachi dinner (different building than the buffet) a entire group left because it was too hot to be by a grill. We would have left too but we were hungry and wanted to stick to our reservation. I give the resort a 6/10 and the room 9/10, service 5/10. And oh! The drinks were super watered down! You have to ask to make them strong.

Chef Miller was amazing to our family on our 1 week stay With me explaining to him my mother could only eat puree food he made sure their were 3 meals a day for her even on his day off with no meal repeating itself for the week Entertainment was great Drinks are weak just make you pee all day Other than that room services was horrible I'm guessing cuz of independence week they were under staff

Our stay was not as pleasant … they resort had a broken pipe with resulted with a lot of guest not having hot water. including us. it would have been sensible to move us to part of the hotel that did had running hot water but they didn't , so we had to suffer through that. Our room shower did not work for 2 days . we had to shower at the showers next to the beach... even though we made several complaints and request . front desk staff took out complains but no one came to fix our shower. we were very disappointed. this is a beautiful resort ..but ultimately you have to make your guest feel welcome . i felt as if they didn't care much if we were uncomfortable. Coming back is not something we will be doing anytime soon .please make sure guest is treated with more care.

The resort was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our house keeper Shanika and our Expedia concierge Chantae went above and beyond to make this stay perfect! First time visiting but will not be our last. There were vast food options and entertainment daily. Highly recommended.
