I transferred to this renovated room because the room they originally put me in, the toilet wasn't working. I called them first day and maintenence was suppose to fix it. Instead, i was told i had to use their plunger to fix it myself. I did because that's just nasty. But this room was much, much nicer. I used their laundry faculty. The dryers work great.

The room was not clean. The air conditioner had thick dust on the front of it, there were many flies, spiders, ticks and flea larvae in the room. Also, the coffee pot was broken. The packets were old and crumbled when I opened them. Linoleum wasn't flat, which is not safe for a person with a handicap. I seen blood stains on the sitting chair. It was just gross. I didn't go to breakfast.
After trying to wipe some of the grime off the ac and it's still so dirty.
Trash and dirt behind the bed.
Blood on the chair.
The coffee saturated and opened without use.

This is an older hotel and they did their best. The room looked nothing like the picture and reeked of old smoke - to the point that my suitcase and clothes picked up that smell. Even though the rooms are non-smoking now, there was no way to air out that smell and that was not disclosed prior to booking. The property was pretty and well maintained; bed was comfy and staff were friendly and helpful - but the rooms look nowhere near the photo and my room unfortunately smelled like 1970s.

Everyone there seems to be smoking outside their room. The smoke ends up coming in your air conditioning and you can smell it in your room. You could hear people arguing in the parking lot. It was a cheap motel and relatively clean so not the worst thing. Just depends what you’re looking for.

Didn't like much of anything. Bathroom floor dirty, shower curtain filthy, bath tub slick/slimy, drain slow, bathroom door didn't come close the shutting, floors sticky, tv didn't work, when bed sheet removed the mattress pad had a large dried area of urine on the lower left side. Front desk informed.. they put things on their list for the day..

The room was good. But the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Shower curtains had mold. I was given ground floor room and the people from adjacent room had a small party outside and I constantly heard noise and smelled the cigarette.
