Wonderful condo. Clean, beautiful, and gorgeous views. Dixie was tremendously helpful and made the process easy as well. This visit was a business trip, but I've already booked this condo for a family vacation next fall. Would highly recommend.

Condo was everything that was promised and Dixie was an excellent host! She made renting, checking in, and staying a breeze! As for the beach, it was so helpful to have a ramp with no stairs to get to the beach... this is great for older people, people with knee problems, etc. That was a huge plus! Also, it was great to have comfortable recliners to sit in. The balcony was heavenly with beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. We loved this condo and will be back! Thank you Dixie!

Perfect! I’ve stayed in many Gulf front properties over the years and rank Dixie’s as one of the best. She was a pleasure to work with and was quick to respond when needed. The condo is exactly as pictured and it is both tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Lots of extra touches that have convenience in mind like a supply of beach towels and multiple usb charging ports available. And bonus points for the beach service of 2 chairs & an umbrella included with the property rental. The building is well maintained and we never had much of a wait for an elevator. (Elevator issues can be a big problem at some beach condos.) I highly recommend this condo for a relaxing getaway to beautiful Navarre!

Great stay for our family!

Property was just like the pictures and everything felt clean and in good shape. We had a great view from our balcony of the 4th of July fireworks off of the Navarre Pier! Appreciated the reserved covered parking spot as it kept our car from getting too hot when we weren't using it.

Wonderful condo, beautiful interior and very spacious. Right on the beach and close to all restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. Dixie was great to work with and made check in a breeze. Had a great time and will be back.

Heaven on earth

Every part of our experience was a pleasure. Dixie was the most responsive and thoughtful host we’ve ever dealt with through VRBO. The condo was every bit as beautiful and comfortable as portrayed online, and then some. Within minutes of our arrival we were instantly relaxed and in vacation mode. Also, Navarre is a wonderful community, a smaller town than many in the area, but has still has all the amenities nearby to make for a fantastic vacation. We will absolutely be back!!!

Amazing condo on the beach!

This condo is amazing! Felt so comfortable and right at home. Kitchen was well stocked. The view of the gulf was more than I had hoped. We were literally steps from the beach. Dixie made the whole process incredibly easy, from start to finish. We are already looking at our calendar to go again!! Don’t hesitate to book this condo!!

Amazing

The Sandpiper exceeded all our expectations! It is beautifully furnished both inside and on the balcony . The seating and beds are exceptionally comfortable. The view is amazing. The beach service is a definite plus! By far this has been my favorite rental through VRBO. Dixie was quick to respond and answered all my questions and needs in a timely manner.

Great family trip

The condo is beautiful and the location is great! Everything was well stocked and communication with Dixie was easy. We didn't have any issues during our stay. The beach service was very convenient so we didn't need to bring a ton of chairs down to the beach. We would love to stay again!

Amazing beach-front condo

The second-floor condo was spacious, light, very comfortable, and clean. So convenient with its easy access to the beach and pool. It was one of the best-stocked kitchens I’ve stayed at, with everything we possibly could have needed. Beds were comfy, and the twin room with its own bathroom was perfect for our teen girls! Huge windows in living room and master bedroom looking out to the ocean. We loved it!

Great stay!

Navarre beach is pretty, Regency condo The Sandpiper was perfect for all 6 of us to feel at home and comfortable. Several restaurants and things to do located close in area. Communication with condo owner, Dixie, was super easy and she was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Family relax and Olympic week!!!

This is our 3rd time staying at the Regency. This condo was by far the nicest. It is clean, bright and has great views. We'll definitely book this again if it's available on our next Navarre Beach trip.
