Great area with lots of restaurants and entertainment. A few blocks from the beach. It’s not upgraded but it is in okay condition. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Door system needs to be updated. You have to often recharge the door key to work.

Low cost simple convenient option, Beautiful view

We needed a place to stay in Natal for an overnight connection on our way to Fernando de Noronha. Staying here one night was a great way to get a quick peek at one of Natal's beach town's and beautiful coastline. The simple hotel has an excellent view and for the price is an excellent budget option and great choice for our needs.

Good clean hotel, let down by noisy air con in the room, although all ac units in brazil are like this. overall quality is good for brazil, but european and north american travellers might be dissapointed. ponte negra is bit of a dump, but some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are only 30minutes away.

Cockroach in bathroom. Good location wrt airport. Wifi wasn't working in room. Leading us to change hotels. Breakfast was quite typical as one gets in Brazil.

Well located

Easy to travel around by car, public transportation or walking. A bit to far from the beach, 3 blocks, but the positive side is located near the cleanest side of the beach, restaurants and shopping. I could see the beach from my window view.

Excellent location in Ponta Negra!

Walking distance to beach and Morro do Careca. Lots of restaurants and bars, shopping center is also close. Keep in mind that the city of Natal is a 25 min cab ride. Great stay!
