The staff was one of the best I've seen in a long while. Everyone was helpful and always smiled. The drinks were extremely good. Not cheap on the alcohol at all. Saturday night they had a band Exodus that played great music. The heated pool was a welcome. I would definitely go back.

This is a small all inclusive resort. Not much going on on the resort that you didn't need a reservation for. Made reservation for the steak house and waited over an hour to eat. Buffet was excellent however and staff was amazing.

The pool area was nice. Far smaller than pictured on the website. The drinks are great… very large, great selection, wines are good. The rooms are clean but sparse and need updating. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close. The restaurants are sub-par. Walked out of the Italian restaurant after waiting 50 mins for a bowl of pasta. The Edgewater grill steak looked like it had been frozen prior to cooking- tough and no taste. The buffet was great but limited selection. Most staff was very friendly. The lobby was very low end. The weather was perfect, the other guests relatively polite and friendly, but the highlight of the trip was the day spent off of the property. I have learned that the term “all-inclusive” in itself is not inclusive off all the guests who stay there. They certainly put there guests into two categories, those who drink alcohol, and those who don’t.
