I rented two units, generally it was good; however the start to the stay didn’t start out ideally. One of the units was not ready and when I walked in it has clearly not been cleaned yet. This did delay some of my guests from being able to access their rooms and have the extra bathrooms to get ready. I did appreciate the property management was prompt in replying and the cleaning person prioritizing it as soon as the issue was communicated, but just not something you expect to happen at check in. The bedrooms also get extremely hot in one of the units, it’s as if the A/C does not reach the bedrooms if the doors are closed. Living room and kitchen are are nicely cooled when the A/C is on. Such a great location for access to the bars and restaurants, Bridgestone and everything else that downtown and Broadway area have to offer.One downside of being so close to downtown is the construction and trash pickup noise that starts at 645am. That may not be as much of an issue if staying on the weekend, but certainly something to consider if staying mid-week. The noise was especially loud for the guests in the other unit.
