Everything was superior. Walkable to all major areas. Safe and quiet. Never a long wait for elevators. They covered every last detail.

The location of the property is excellent within walking distance of most area attractions. We had a late flight so we specifcally chose this hotel because it had 24 hour check in. When we arrived later than expected, the front desk took over an hour to get us checked in. Many of the issues at check in were not the fault of Tempo, however, the front desk clerk was not accommodating and made several comments that we should have called ahead to tell them when we would be checking in. A disappointing start to our vacation but the overall hotel was clean and easily accessible.

Convenient location with nice amenities such as a nice hotel gym and bar/lounge area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very difficult to get water, which is odd considering the room comes with a fridge with nothing in it. To get water you have to go to a central public location and use a paper cup.,a small thing but a real turnoff. There was no closet and no drawers which was also disappointing. We were put in a handicap room even though that was not our reservation and no one asked if it was ok. One day our room was not restocked with coffee or bathroom toiletries.

Great night in Nashville

I attended a concert at the Ryman with my sister in law and life long friend. We met my daughter at Assembly Food Hall and then concert at the Ryman. Tempo by Hilton was the perfect hotel for this. It was a short walk, and the hotel is lovely. The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent.
