Issue managed but very poor communication

The apartment was dirty when I checked in and filled with ants. No one responded on the app and there is no one on site to help. I had to spend the night in a dirty apartment. Then next morning, I was able to reach someone and was quickly moved to a new room, which was clean. The rest of my stay went well. Just be aware that if you need help with any issue, there is no staff and the app does not provide immediate support. Further, there was great reluctance to refund the night in the dirty room - having to fight for days to receive this courtesy was disappointing.

We really enjoyed our accomodations at Sonders Village 21. The rooms were great for the most part. It was comfortable. We felt at home. We did have a little issue finding the parking garage. Signs guiding people there would help. Kind of weird approaching a drive thru line for a bank and turning into a wall just before entering it. The levels in the garage need to be better marked as well. Didn't know what level we were on until we noticed the sign at the elevator. For our room and likely others on the same side of the building, the neighboring business has super bright entry and parking lot lighting that easily defeat the blackout curtains and blinds. Midnight looked like sunrise in the room with the shades drawn. Hard to sleep. And finally, the instructions mention clicking the checkout button in the app upon leaving. We were not able to find a checkout button in the android app. We contacted the help desk and they marked us as checked out, but didn't tell us where to find the button. Otherwise, we were still happy with our room and would stay again, though I'll ask not to be facing the neighboring business.

The unit was very clean and modern. Two bedrooms and two baths. The one issue my husband complained about was that there are no tvs in the bedrooms.

We loved the apartment, dining options were available. The grocery store was walkable. We were a 20 min uber between Broadway and the Opry which was exactly what we wanted. I would definitely go back.

Great apartment for two couples! Food / dining options in the area were good and shopping was decent. Only downside was that i paid for early check in only.to arrive and be told that the previous people had late check out and i wouldnt be able to get in until 4pm. Person was a little rude, stating it was not possible that i had gotten early check in and i would be refunded. Have not yet seen a refund! Would stay again but would not pay for any "guaranteed" check in time as it is not guaranteed.

Property is going down hill

The code to unlock the door was wrong and tried to contact them for 30 minutes before we were able to get into the room. I use them chat app and we were on hold for that long as well. If you want to check in 30 minutes early they charge you $25 but there was no consideration for checking in late because they sent the wrong code and it wasn’t even close to the same 4 digits.
