We really enjoyed our stay with you. We thought there was a pull out couch, but there wasn't. Our boys slept on the couches instead, but it was fine. The location was great and this place was exactly what we needed for our stay in music city!

We had a great stay! Beautiful place, quiet, other than the people upstairs stomping and banging. Vacasa was very good about addressing the issue. But a beautiful condo, just far enough away from downtown that you can get an Uber cheap. We had a great time! The host was great, checked in with us a couple times to make sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend!

Host did an excellent job of keeping in touch with us. Allowed us to check in early which helped us be on time for an evening show we had scheduled. Apartment was in excellent condition and very comfortable. Despite construction in the area, it was easy to find and having a convenient parking place was great. We would stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to broadway. Pull out couch mattress was very dirty, no mattress cover on it and no fitted sheet (only two flat sheets) great communication with the rental agency though and they provided a small refund and ordered a plastic mattress cover and another flat sheet that was delivered to the door. No door to the “bedroom” would not have been comfortable for more than two or three people. Disappointed in the cleanliness when we pulled the couch out there was a lot of hair/dust/dirt behind it, same situation when I pulled open the blinds in the room.

The "apartment" was great! It was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and seemed to be in a safe location. The only downside we encountered is there is a ton of construction going on just outside of this property (building more apartment-style buildings next door), which limited the walking ability from this location to restaurants, bars, etc. We were able to take Ubers or drive ourselves with no issues.

Owner needs to make a couple changes

Everything was awesome however a couple changes need to be made… the tub was very slippery and there are no grab bars or a no slip mat, I almost fell twice. The kitchen had a keurig coffee maker but no coffee pods for it. The door knob to the condo has a lock box on it and it is difficult to open and close and the door lock is finicky. Nice place and quiet, I would stay here again.

Perfect for two!

Great little condo. Living room furniture is not very comfortable, but the bed is very comfortable!!! We walked to broadway, market, etc without any issues. As in any City, you will pass homeless camping/sleeping especially on 1st street by the River. However, we never felt unsafe. If this bothers, go to second or third and then go to Broadway and sights. 10 key code is a bit lengthy, but keep it on your phone and you’ll do fine.

I forget to bring kids! Wish there was coffee shop closer. Walking distance to downtown bars. Clean newly done place. Felt safe and quiet. Nice state park nearby and farmers market near! Cute shops not far very close to minor league baseball stadium

Property is as described clean and comfortable walkable to Broadway street during the day evening questionable. A few repairs needed cabinet over toilet needs to be attached to wall very unstable and bath exhaust fan needs cleaning. Enjoyed the stay would go back again.

Perfect for three friends!

Property was easy to check-in to, and we were notified that we could check in early on our day of arrival which was nice! Very clean, lots of extra linens for the pull out couch (which was surprisingly comfortable). We used rideshare apps to get everywhere, but most things we wanted to do were within a 5-10 min drive! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Nashville!
