The overall room was fine I did notice some ants let them know they said they could spray bleach I did not want that they offered to switch rooms we were all already settled for the evening we said we will let you know in the morning. My kid had a box on the other side of the room in front of the tv we woke up to hundreds of ants so my son went and got raid barrier spray and raid ant spray he did that and it took care of the issue I would rather have a ant than a bed bug any day ants we can control. The other thing I didn’t like was when I booked they said they had a pool when we got there it was closed the entire four days I was there my two kids were bored out there mind and wanted to really swim! I think they should have put on the site that the pool was down cause I would not have booked if I knew that, those two things was the two issues I had other than that it was good.

I liked the size of the room but it had a faint foul odor. The TV channels kept saying they couldn’t work due to inclement weather. The remote channel changer was missing a part so it made it more difficult to try to change channels.

They could be much better than this

First of all, I must say that I did not receive a warm welcome from the hotel receptionist, and even though I arrived around 10 AM, She looked sleepy and spoke to me in an angry manner. There was a very strong bad smell in my room at the end of the night, and when I woke up in the morning, I could still smell it. The furniture in suite 302 was old and dirty, and the covers of the TV remotes seemed melted from heat and did not work. The tables and chairs in the breakfast area were very dirty and greasy, and the breakfast at this hotel was the worst and most inadequate I have ever experienced. Because of my job, I travel a lot, and this was truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I do not know who the manager of this hotel is and I think he should reconsider the job choice because he/she is really not a good manager.

Nice clean room at a good price. the soda bed in the room could use reupholstering. Hot water issue late in the morning. Good free breakfast. Overall the facility was fine.
