We were greeted when arrived- checked in easy. Got to our room- a used coffee pod was left in the container to be used again… we ate at the on site restaurant which was fantastic as usual- because we often stay here.. then after going back to the room we find ourselves getting ready to lay down only to meet ourselves face to face with bedbugs! I contact Expedia with great help- the hotel staff said they would NOT answer the phone for Expedia. I was downstairs in front of the staff member when Expedia called! Eventually they moved us to another room after firm discussion! Today we left with everything in trashbags hoping we don’t take anything home! I don’t recommend this hotel anymore!

The property is dated and falling apart. The breakfast is the bare minimum and not great. And to make it worst, we had bed bugs in our beds. The property manager assured us a refund and that never happened.

Selected this property for shuttle service, which was delayed 3 hours. I had to change rooms due to non-working shower. My truck and several other cars had windows broken out and were robbed. Overall a horrible experience.

The couch was dirty and I didn't want to touch it. The hotel felt a little outdated, but I felt it was a good deal. They provided a shuttle service from the airport. They provided breakfast that was included with your stay. There is a Mexican restaurant within the hotel. The hotel was close to the strip in Nashville, so it only cost about $10-$15 for a Lyft ride.

I wish I would have spent our money elsewhere

We were given a room that was already occupied. I opened the door up to find a little boy on a pul-out couch. We felt terrible. The lady at the desk told me that wasn't possible that someone was in our room... I didn't mind the mistake, but please don't tell me I didn't just walk into an occupied room. The room itself was not the cleanest and musty. There were what looked like pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and the sheets felt grimy. The shower was lukewarm, and there were several loud bangs, that almost sounded like they were coming from within the wall. It was odd and made us feel uneasy. I feel bad for the lady who checked us in as she was still there in the morning working on the breakfast too. We skipped that. Spend the extra $15 and go somewhere cleaner with hot water.

Bottom line- lack of customer service, unclean and lack of quality amenities. Flying in on Christmas Day I chose this property because of the free transportation from the airport. On arriving in Nashville I was told it was not available on Christmas. This wasn’t communicated ahead of time. I asked for a cancellation of my reservation so I could choose from dozens of other hotel options. This was denied. After securing transportation to the property I was informed there would be no refund for my transportation and that the manager would reach out to me. This has not happened in the last 3 weeks. Besides this misunderstanding, there was a sponge from the cleaning service that was sitting on our counter in the bathroom. Having traveled to many properties over the years my general feeling was not customer focused but “let’s get what we can out of people.” Think twice about saving a few dollars by booking at this location. I will in the future.

Nice stay, easy ride to the Airport

The hotel is nice! Rooms are roomy with some modern touches. Breakfast offers multiple choices of food and drinks. There is also a restaurant on site that is decent for couples or families. My only issue was our stay was two days, but only one day of towels. No room service on day 2, but the attendant kindly brought us towels. No big deal! It does not diminish the stay. Glass elevator to the second floor. Enjoy! This hotel is worth your consideration.
