Exactly what you see is what you get. BathroomsEverything worked fine despite a few things being broken. Family enjoyed arcade game and comfy beds. Yes, highway is loud at night, but create white noise and you'll be good.

This apartment was perfect for our trip with our 23 year old son and his girlfriend. The weather was perfect when we were there, so we easily walked downtown during the day. We always took an Uber back in the dark, though. While noise from the interstate is inevitable with the location of the building, it never kept us awake. Management has provided many options to alleviate the noise. The check-in and check-out process was super simple. We would definitely consider this apartment for a return trip to Nashville!

Overall a good stay. Some things were broken very noisy at night. They did supply ear plugs if you can sleep with them. Not very clear on how to enter the code for the front door.

Nashville Stay

We had a great stay, and the unit was clean and as advertised. A bit of road noise from the highway, but we were able to use sound machines to deaden the noise. Nice overall!

Bring Coffee

On the side, the beds were comfy and the place was clean. On the neg-no early check-in, the "bar" next door is an IV bar not a place to sit and hang out & they charge you to keep bags. There is not much within walking distance so a car or Uber is a necessity. I pick a vrbo for the group space, savings & comfort of being able to cook a few meals at home. Ive always stayed at a vrbo where some essentials are left. Perhaps a basket with coffee, sugar etc..This place was baren of anything except pans. It's was a pain to have to Uber to a supermarket (another 25 roundtrip) to buy a lb of coffee, oil, sugar, spices etc that we will not end up using and you know the last tenants probably left all that stuff anyways. It really would cost so little for the owner(corporate) to leave a small care package. That little bit would go so far! It's an inconvenience for travelers to have to think about bringing coffee etc along with them.. It also would have been nice to have come in and just hung out on the rooftop, which no one was using anyways, and stay with our luggage there instead of paying for storage before check in. We had Wifi trouble as well which was eventually resolved. You should expect loud traffic noise at night, it actually didn't bother us but it may if you are a light sleeper. There are earplugs provided if one needs them. Overall, it seemed more of a bachelorette pad- to get ready at & go out on the town. I'd stay at a hotel the next time I come to Nashville.

We could not get in the front door of the building, along with other people. Someone coming out let us in the building. It was very cute and only a 5 Lyft ride to Broadway. Our bedroom door would not close. The sliding glass enough door did not lock, I think it was getting not

First timers in Nashville

Our accommodations were very convenient, clean, and easily accessible. We often walked to Printers Alley and even an Uber was affordable. The close location to the highway is manageable with earplugs, but may not be the best option for families with kids.

Super clean but no speaker and props as described

I would like to give the property 5 stars due to the cleanliness but management communication was not good. Right when we opened the door there was a portion of the kitchen cabnitry laying on the floor from the front of the sink. I messaged them immediately and they replied someone would fix it. That never happened. The property clearly states "With a JBL PartyBox 300 speaker, party props that include hats, boas, and wigs, a photo op backdrop, and a Pac-Man arcade cabinet, this is the best spot for both the before and after-parties." There was no party speaker or party favors which was a real bummer since we were there to celebrate a family birthday weekend. I messaged a couple times about this and was told that the room does NOT come with those amenities. As you can see from the posted direct quote they are misleading. Those issues aside, the place was very clean, great decor, and well stocked for other needs. It's a bit of a hike to Broadway and keep in mind on returning it's uphill so ride share or scooter rental may be best. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire building. Sound machines are a big help with the expressway noise.

Safe/Secure place as you had a door lock code to get into the lobby and then your door as well! I went with my girl friends and it was super nice, big bathrooms, comfy beds, aesthetic, and a super quick cheap uber to broadway! I would stay here again for sure. Very pleased!

Get away with friends

We enjoyed our self’s. We went to the Ryman tour, Grand Ole Opry backstage tour and the show, Johnny Cash Museum and graves ( Johnny and June). Also to George Jones and Johnny Paycheck graves. We took the Home of the Stars tour and City tour. Went to shops and bars on Broadway. We had a great time. Our place was very nice and convenient for our stay. We will be back
