Absolutely Adorable House

We came to Nashville to celebrate our daughter’s 21st Birthday. The house and location was great! The host was very friendly and helpful. Most definitely will rent from them again ❤️

Nashville getaway

Me and 7 other people stayed at this property and it was perfect! The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. The home was so cute! There was plenty of room for us all! It was close to downtown. They also provided a number and discount to a shuttle service which was better than Uber in my opinion and it only cost 5 dollars a person. I’d definitely stay again.

Family get together

It worked for our party of 7. The only issue we had was that we weren’t able to sit down together for meals because there was not enough seating for all of us. We noticed a lot of dog hair under the sofa. Limited parking.We were glad it was close to downtown. For the most part it worked for us. We would rent it again.

Nashville Girls Trip

I was disappointed in the condition of the yard. Weeds were blocking the gate to enter the property. And the whole yard was not taken care of. The bathrooms, kitchen and living areas were clean and lovely. The downstairs bedroom on the left did not have adequate lighting and because of the neighborhood was not the best, I didn’t feel opening the blinds. The quilt smelled bad, and felt dirty. I wouldn’t walk on the area rug because it was either really dirty or stained. The carpet upstairs was in the same condition. The bed in the other bedroom downstairs was literally on pallets that stuck out so if you weren’t careful, you could injure yourself.

Nashville Gem

Very enjoyable stay. The home was clean. stocked with comfortable furnishings and Nashville styled decor. Beautiful wood floors on the first floor. Large kitchen that was well stocked and easy to work in. The back yard was like a little oasis in the city. The location was great and not far from the Farmers Market and the wedding activities we attended.

Delightful!

The property was absolutely perfect for our family of teenagers. Plenty of space to spread out and we played games every evening in the living room area. It is a quick drive to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The owners were responsive and helpful when contacted.

Great house for kids, quick drive into downtown

This is a great house if you’ve got kids who’ll appreciate the large backyard and fire pit. The spaces are a little tight inside, but we slept 6 adults and 4 kids with moderate success. The kitchen was ok - appliances all worked but it didn’t have many accessories if you’re planning to cook at the house. Nothing walkable from the house but it’s a very quick and cheap Uber to downtown or other fun Nashville areas, and all the basic needs (Starbucks, grocery, liquor store) are within a 5 min drive. Take note of the bed size if you have large adults - two queens and two full-size, so it’s a little tight sharing a bed. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Property was clean when we arrived.

The home is exactly as pictured & was very comfortable. Other reviews indicated the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, but that was not our experience. Kristen was very prompt at answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Family Time

The property was very gorgeous we really enjoyed ourselves the backyard was outstanding we set out there and we all sit around the fire. I really really really truly enjoyed myself not only did I but my family also thank you so much for allowing me to stay at your property we really enjoyed it. Southern Love

We just got back from our 2 night stay at Southern Love in Nashville. We loved this house. It's very cozy, close to downtown but the neighborhood is a little questionable. There was some "not so nice houses" in the area but this house was perfect! And the owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. We were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday and they took time to buy a bday card and personalize it. This shows how genuine and loving people are in Nashville. One tip, maybe pack some silverware if you're planning to eat at the house, as there are only a few forks. The beds are super comfy, clean and the house if fully stocked with all of the essentials. And wait until you see the master bath. You can wash a small car in that shower!!! I can't say enough about the house and the owners. If you want a taste of Southern Love, this is the place for you.
