This property is beautifully decorated, the patio is a 10/10, and the location is perfect as it a walkable to downtown and it is close to the Gulch and several cute restaurants and bars that we loved. Everyone in our group found the beds extremely comfortable (we are wanting to know the mattress and pillow brand)! There is a freight train that operates 24/7 just outside the back of the unit, and it can be heard throughout the night even with all of the windows closed. Luckily I had brought enough ear plugs for everyone, which completely blocked out the sound making the train a non-issue for our group. Access to the unit is provided through a separate “latch” app, which created some challenges since we were not given access in advance — I ended up having to contact the company and eventually figured things out with the help of the person at the front desk. The amount of clothing storage was minimal for anyone staying in the upstairs bedroom, and the “getting ready” space was limited to the bathrooms, since the only other mirror was the one leaning against the wall in the primary bedroom. Lastly, it is worth noting that across the street there is a homeless rehab facility, however, we did not experience any issues relating to this.
