Great Stay! Perfect Location

We had a great stay at this property. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly greeted by the cleaning staff who were dropping off fresh towels. The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home.We did notice a few minor oversights- there were wet sheets and towels left in the washing machine, which we decided to dry and fold to prevent any souring. The dishwasher was also full of clean dishes. While not major issues, if did make us question the high cleaning fee, given that we had to take care of some of the basics ourselves. We're sure this was just an oversight.Overall, the property was lovely. The location, while not directly downtown, was ideal for our needs. We would definitely stay again.

Great weekend in Nashville

Great apartment - perfect for a quick 3-day stay in town. Gave us easy access to Broadway and the rest of downtown. Property was clean, nice and well decorated. Perfect base camp for our weekend in the Music City!

Very nice!

In a good area, I liked that it was gated and the building had a code as well. There is a train nearby. It didn’t bother us, but something to note if you’re a light sleeper. Kitchen is lightly equipped - we tried cooking breakfast but no basic seasonings; however, it has plates/utensils/etc.

Good homebase for Nashville trip

The place was well laid out and decorated. We loved all MCM and vintage touches. The bed was comfortable and it was in a great location. I will mention that the listing says coffee pot, but its a keurig machiche and there were no kcups provided. Ice machine also didnt wrk.

The Revelry In Nashville

Nice place with good location relative to Broadway in Nashville. There were issues: TV initially couldn't find a signal, dryer and icemaker didn't work. Bldg manager helped with TV but couldn't do anything about the dryer or icemaker.

Nash Upon arrival it was a little confusing how to get into the complex. The instructions we had been given listed a Gate Code. However, the gate you drive through does not require any codes. The gate opens automatically after it senses your vehicle (might take a few seconds to open). The 4-digit Gate Code was actually used to get into the building. Open parking (first come, first served). The Door Lock code is for the unit itself. The decor and furniture is cute and comfortable. We did not use any of the condo amenities- gym, pool, grills, bar. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The worst part of our stay was being able to hear every step and movement of the people in the unit above us. It woke us up many times (late at night and early morning). It was a short 8 minute Lyft ride to downtown and typically only cost about $8-10 each way (except for Saturday night, it was more like $25). We didn’t spend much time in the unit other than for sleeping.

Great Place for a Vacation

The property was clean, easily accessible, and the history of the building was a plus! The extra detail of the speak easy in the basement was also great! The ONLY down fall was the size of the pool as we were not able to enjoy it being others we constantly in it and it is small.

Cute spot

This is a very cute and affordable spot to stay just a short drive into the city. Love the decor and historic building. Clear communication. We had a little trouble finding the gates to enter the parking lot the first time but otherwise super smooth process!

Beautiful, Comfortable Old Warehouse

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay in this very cool building. It was safe, secure and very comfortable. Uber got us anywhere we wanted to go in Nashville within 10 - 20 minutes. Just be aware that this building is very close to railroad tracks and sometimes the train horn can catch you by surprise.

Great apartment just outside of downtown

The apartment was great. About 15 min with traffic to the center of downtown so very close to everything. Great restaurants nearby. The apartment was very neat and clean. Property management was helpful. The only thing we noticed is the dryer did not heat so if washing clothes check for that. There is not alot of insulation from sound so you can def hear the people around you as well. Would stay there again. My husband loved the architecture of the building.

Chic Relaxation!

Clean, chic, and in the heart of everything. This is the perfect spot for a getaway. Our only beef with the whole experience is that they did not tell you how to get into the main gate with your car. We sat outside for a good 30 minutes with our food getting cold trying to get inside the property parking lot. When the listing says the "gate code," that is actually not the gate code. That is the door code for the building itself. What they don't tell you (unless they have now change the listing as we suggested) is that you have to get the nose of your car right up to the gate to where it will trigger the sensor and then it will automatically let you in to park. I hope this saves somebody some time and keeps their dinner warm. But overall, are you fantastic stay.

Great loft!!! Great experience!!!

Loft was just as pictured and described. Great communication with host. Nice location for easy access to all the things we wanted to do without being in the middle of it all. Really awesome building. Looking forward to booking for next visit to Nashville. Only negative was at times could hear other tenants thru the walls and unfortunately the active person above us on the 4th floor come Monday morning at 7a.m... lots of walking around. The sound machine provided in the loft was perfect for most of the sounds and definitely would not keep us from booking again. Thank you for a great experience... oh, and this unit is a corner unit which really added to the overall feeling within the space.
