Hart Suite 16

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property - run down. Needs painting and not like the pictures. Also, very noisy. Close to street and loud. Couldn't figure out why they had ear plugs in the bathroom for guest. Didn't take long to understand.

Convenient Location

Great communication. Nice layout. Kids upstairs and adults downstairs. Kitchen and laundry well stocked. Can be a noisy at times, but that was communicated up front so we knew what to expect. Not an issue for our family. Thanks for comfortable stay.

We had a great time. This house was perfect, except that there was no parking available when we arrived at 10pm & we were directed to a lot 1.4 miles away. Not a great start, but we did find street parking right in front of the house, as we were heading to the lot, and parking was fine on the other days. I would just advice arriving earlier than we did. The house and location were perfect, however. It had everything we needed and more.

Wonderful stay!

We were a group of 4 girlfriends getting together for a long weekend. The property was perfect. It was spacious and and very comfortable. The location was also amazing. It is walking distance to nice bars and restaurants and a short uber ride to Broadway. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Nice Property

When we arrived there was a problem with the AC on both floors and the interior was extremely hot. Even though we arrived after normal business hours both the local and corporate management team responded promptly and AC was restored that evening. This was very appreciated. The townhouse was modern and clean with nice appliances and furniture. The only dining area was four stools at a counter top bar which did not affect our stay since we mostly dined out. There were not a lot of restaurants within walking distance but the ones we found were good. Neighborhood is redeveloping with upscale condos/homes and should be increasingly attractive for rental guests as this continues. It was a short convenient drive to the Broadway entertainment area Street in front was noisy with cars traffic and train track nearby. Overnight train whistle woke some of us up. Management did make us aware of this before we rented and also provided ear plugs.

Perfect location

With a bud stop right in front it was really easy to get to downtown. There is awesome microbreweries very close by. Groceries are somewhat far (2km) though. Otherwise the flat was very nice and had all amenities to spend nice vacations. Recommend

Excellent Stay, Perfect location!

We all really enjoyed our stay, the location was the best part! We were 5-10 minutes away from every place we wanted to visit. The host was informative and made our vacation a smooth process. I will always pick this spot when I come to Nashville!

Lovely space, lots of noise

This is a lovely condo - the street noise is constant and quite prominent. They did supply earplugs for the night which was nice but it was all day, all night. Anyway, the other thing was this needed a deep clean. Baseboards, air filters, headboards, and bathrooms all had hair and dust. The bedding was very clean but it's the details that need attention. It was a nice space, it just needs details attended to for that extra couple of stars.

Chestnut Hill review

Property was clean and comfortable. We loved the pink couches and record player! Beds were super comfy with plenty of soft pillows! There was quite a bit of street noise throughout the night so maybe bring earplugs to your stay.

The home had all needed amenities and nicely appointed. Walls and floors could use a little scrubbing/painting. The neighborhood is transitional and just outside of downtown. The door sits on the street side in front of a bus stop.

A Very Nice Place

The townhouse was immaculate and very comfortable. It looked just perfect when we arrived. The location was a little too far for my husband to walk downtown, but we bought bus passes and the bus stop was literally right out the door. Really, the only improvement would have been in the coffee maker was working. Four different people tried, without success and we never heard back from the hosts. Still, this is a place I would recommend without hesitation.

Great time for our group

We had such a great time in Suite 16 for our girl’s Sweet 16th Birthday! The 5 of us had plenty of room to spread out and the aesthetics were perfect for our girl group. Everything we wanted to do was in a short driving distance - less than 10 minutes to get anywhere, really. The coffee maker didn’t work which was a bummer, but didn’t ruin our trip. :)

Great place!

We came in for the weekend with friends/family for my moms 60th and this was a perfect place. The beds were so comfortable and it was the perfect amount of room for 6 of us! Everything was so clean and nice ! Highly recommend

Girls’ Trip

What a beautiful townhouse with a Nashville flair of decor. A short Uber ride to downtown. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms for all of the girls to get ready for the town. Loved it!!

Very nice!

The place was nice and clean. Location was a few minutes drive from downtown. Everything was comfortable. We would’ve liked TV’s in each bedroom. Keep in mind, there are train tracks nearby so you will hear the train horns and traffic can be load during the evenings especially starting Fridays through the weekend. Other than those, our stay was quite nice.

Girls Trip

The property was great! Big enough for a large group to get ready all at once, and close enough to Broadway. The neighborhood didn't seem the greatest but we also didn't spend much time at the property so it wasn't too big of an issue.

Attentive!

While I wasn't impressed with the neighborhood, the interior was beautiful! Everything was clean and was perfect for my family. I even contacted them to request an oscillating fan and within a couple of hours, they dropped off two tower fans for our use! I would definitely stay here again!
