Great house for a group of friends!

We loved our stay. 15 min uber ride to Broadway. House has everything you need for a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Bring eye masks for sleep as the curtains upstairs are very sheer.

Girls getaway

Had some issues with ants in kitchen, master shower slippery, chair leg broken in master bedroom, ceiling fans needed batteries, no hot water upon arrival, items missing that were listed as being there and no blinds/privacy on bedroom windows and front door.

Overall impression of the property is impressive. Clean beds and nice showers. Concerns with property, had an issue with the instant hot water and they wanted me to try and trouble shoot it and then were trying to give me directions on what to do. Eventually they understood I was not willing to responsibility for the issue and sent someone out to correct the problem. The paint can in the master bathroom was a nice touch. Was unclear on what to do with trash bags of garbage. Was given mixed direction on what to do with the bedding so we left the bedding on the beds as instructed by the hard copy of directions left in the house.

Awesome Christmas Holiday

The stay at this rental was a great experience. We will definitely be looking to return soon. Everyone in or party was very pleased with the accommodations. Neighborhood was very nice and not far from things. Check in and check out process was easy.

Great house, poor customer support.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house suited our family of 8-10 perfectly, although we had to purchase our own backup supplies such as toilet paper.We were unable to find parking passes anywhere. We parked on the street directly in front of the house with no issues, but parking an additional car would have been a problem at times. For fear of being towed, we put a sign on our dashboard stating that we were renting 1830. We found communications difficult because we were unable to communicate with a live person familiar with the house. We had a similar issue when the Internet went out for one evening.

Great place for multiple families!

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! Room for everyone, plenty of clean bathrooms, comfy beds and flexible seating! We stayed with another family and our kids. Great location! Easy to drive or Lyft/Uber. Close to everything! Nicely stocked where we didn’t need extra paper products for a 4 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip

The house was beautiful and very clean. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to everything. Overall stay was great except there was no internet or WiFi. Think they were in the process of installing. A block down is a wonderful place called the Grill Shack. It has great hamburgers, wings, etc and the French fries are to die for. Would not hesitate to stay in the house again or eat at the Geill Shack

Perfect place in Nashville for couples

We all loved this place. We ended up with 5 couples staying to celebrate 2 birthdays in Nashville for the weekend. House is in a quiet area, perfect after a long day on Broadway. Super easy to Uber to town. Karen was there when we first got to the house. What an incredible lady! So nice and welcoming! House was super clean and plenty of towels for everyone. This was our second trip to Nashy...and we will definitely book here again on our next stay!

Great house…… bad lock! 😂

We loved the house and property when we were there, great location and house was very nice. We had an issue with the lock not working though and someone came out to fix it after several text messages. The lady replaced the battery and said that we it was fixed and was in her way. The door wasn’t fixed and when I reached out again about it, I never got a response from anyone. So we weren’t able to lock the door when we went out!! Other than that small issue everything was amazing!!

Excellent house

This house is gorgeous and it was very comfortable for two families to share. The landing/second living room upstairs with chairs hanging from the ceiling was a hit with the kids. We enjoyed the porch. The location is fantastic, we walked downtown and to Kroger easily. My only (minor) complaint is the late check-in and early check-out times, which seems to be a trend lately.

No hot water!

Everything was enjoyable, except for not having hot water for two days. We let them know the first day and they were supposed to fix it and it never got done. Very disappointing. They also had no basic kitchen things like salt and pepper which seems to be standard in most places now days, not a big deal just an FYI. Also some of the things were broken. For the price it was good for the extras and service feels (double the price of the nightly rate) it wasn’t worth it. But a great location.

Spring break

We had a great time at this property for a spring break vacation with the whole family. It was a very clean and spacious property. We were close to most of the Nashville attractions. Our only minor inconvenience was parking. The street fills up fast and our second parking spot was occupied most of the time.

Loved everything and will definitely rebook in the future

Choose this VRBO based on price and location and couldn’t be any happier. It was affordable for the 4 couples that want to Nashville for my 40th birthday celebration. Super clean and exactly like the pictures showed. The location was just minute's to everything, which was nice. The master bath was amazing which was just an extra plus for the birthday girl! The 8 of us have decided this is the place we will always try to rebook in the future Nashville trips.

In need of clarification a few details

The house was beautiful and in a great location. It is in a neighborhood that has a lot of rehabed houses, very quiet (could hear some interstate noise if outside but no big deal) & safe. The listing and house details could use some help. First the house's written description on both VRBO & Vacasa states Free WiFi and the ability to stream on the smart tv. The house DOES NOT have WiFi and when I called about it, they suggested I use a random strangers unlocked WiFi. Without WiFi, no TVs. (Full disclosure on the Vacasa app under amenities WiFi is crossed off but states available in the written description.) The listing also indicates 2 parking spots and a garage. There was no information which garage was ours or how to enter it. The garages were behind the house in an alley and unmarked. Since there is a residence connected to the back of this house, I didn't know which to use, but regardless my GMC Acadia was too long to even fit into the garage approach. We had to park all 3 vehicles on the street which tended to fill up after work hours. Some details that were missing in the house but not indicated in the description were..... zero hangers in the entire house, no blinds just sheer curtains , no toaster, cookie sheets or pizza pan. The house was comfortable and we would stay again if it gets WiFi.
