This home was an absolute gem of a find. I knew when I pulled up and saw the Christmas lights -we were going to have a great stay. Plenty of room for all of us, CLEAN, well stocked and jsut a great place

We could not have picked a better house to stay. Was very roomy for the 8 women we had in the house for our girls trip. We meet the owner when we checked in and was very nice. Stated if we needed anything we could contact her.Only thing we were disappointed in was that our flight was early and we asked several times if we e could check in early or drop of luggage and was told this rental did not allow.Per owner she stated we sure could have brought our luggage or even checked in early because no one had the place occupied. We were given a place by Vacasa on where to bring luggage but was a little pricey just to put our luggage just for a few hours. Other than that I would stay again if I was ever to return.

This has a potential of being a great house, but it is not yet. When our party arrived, the house had not yet been cleaned. The property manager paid for dinner for our guests who arrived the first evening, but still an inconvenience. Messaging with the PM headquarters (in Portland) took hours for unhelpful responses to issues. Luckily we were texted by a local member of their team, and communication improved. A huge issue for us was the temperature of the three bedrooms upstairs. The AC did not work upstairs during our 5-day stay. Two of the bedroom ceiling fans also did not work. Technicians came out twice, but the issue was not resolved. We had two box fans that we shared between three bedrooms, positioning at open windows. We slept at night, or tried to, with the thermostat reading 80 to 85 upstairs. I think it’s important to note that a guest review from late spring/early summer also mentioned non-functioning ceiling fans—about four months before we stayed. No AC and no ceiling fans…very uncomfortable.Our guest who slept in the downstairs bedroom mentioned a loud beeping through the bedroom wall that woke her early every morning and continued for quite some time. I believe that is a shared wall with the owner. Knocking didn’t help.Otherwise, the home is nicely updated and decorated, kitchen well-appointed and we like the neighborhood/area of town. I would suggest a Brita or similar water container for the fridge. Also suggest bedroom dressers & more hangers.

A/C wasn’t working when we arrived. Vacasa gave me the run around. Had to explain the situation to 3 different people in 3 different text threads. They got it fixed that night but we had to crawl around and tell them what the issue was (drain line was clogged). WiFi didn’t work the entire stay. And none of the ceiling fan remotes worked. Bought batteries on my own and replaced them. Still nothing. And Vacasa customer support stopped responding to me after the first day.

Amazing hime in perfect location, but...

This home is gorgeous in a perfect location. 8 Uber ride will get you to Broadway. I will say, the Property Management company did an amazing job, seamless and quick communication. However, the home itself fell short of our expectations. Like others commented, the wifi was completely out, and with all the TVs in the home depending on wifi to work, this amenity was unavailable. After a quick conversation with the management company, it turned out that the owner changed the wifi password that was given to us. Once connected, the signal was so limited, nothing on the main level would connect and the only signal was upstairs. On the morning of day 2 of our 4 day trip, the air conditioning went out. With it being 95 outside, upstairs quickly reached 85. An HVac tech was out by the evening and we were told to run the fan overnight because the unit was frozen. We never did get air our entire trip, which meant the couple staying upstairs slept on the couch for 2 nights on the main floor for some relief. If these problems didnt exist, this hands down would have been a 5 star property. However, sleeping on the couch with my husband in 85 temps in the house was not my definition of the perfect 4th of July weekend away

Girls trip

Lovely large home for all of us. Parking is on street but never had any issues finding spot. Close to major roads to get anywhere. Had an issue with dishwasher but got instant response Would definitely recommend

Great house for a group of friends!

We loved our stay. 15 min uber ride to Broadway. House has everything you need for a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Bring eye masks for sleep as the curtains upstairs are very sheer.

Had some issues with ants in kitchen, master shower slippery, chair leg broken in master bedroom, ceiling fans needed batteries, no hot water upon arrival, items missing that were listed as being there and no blinds/privacy on bedroom windows and front door.
