The hotel was very convenient to the airport and a short drive to downtown Nashville. Can’t beat it for the price.

I am pretty sure there were bed bugs in our room. Three out of four of us woke up with bites on our body that were small and in feed lines, consistent with bed bug bites. When we informed the front desk they did not apologize or even seem concerned. There was also a loose outlet where the microwave and a lamp were plugged in. When i asked to get it fixed they said they would get to it eventually. As a former firefighter I informed them of the shock and fire hazard this posed, but again they seemed indifferent. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting service. My family and I had one of the worst experiences imaginable at this hotel. During our stay, our personal belongings were stolen directly from our room, which is supposed to be a secure and private space. We were shocked, devastated, and honestly terrified knowing that someone had gone through our things while we weren’t there. When we tried to calmly report the incident to the hotel staff and ask for help, we were treated with complete disrespect and zero empathy. Instead of offering any kind of support, investigation, or even basic decency, the staff responded with hostility and eventually kicked us out of the hotel. No apology, no solution, nothing. Just blatant disregard for our safety and well-being. We were left with no assistance, no place to stay, and the trauma of having our privacy completely violated. This place is unsafe and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such cold, careless, and unacceptable behavior from a hospitality business. Do not stay here. If you do, please be extremely cautious with your belongings—lock them up, take them with you, or better yet, just stay somewhere else entirely. This hotel clearly does not value their guests or their safety. Save yourself the stress, the fear, and the complete lack of customer service.

I would call this property lipstick on a pig. It has a sign outside that said now open. Must have been a renovation. Some nice modern lights and the lobby was nice. Our room however had a microwave that did not work, the shower door was installed too low which wouldn’t allow it to close so water would get on the floor, the alarm clock had brown rust or mold on it ( not really sure). It had somewhat of a facelift but underneath the exterior there are still issues.

For being a newer hotel I would expect the elevator to work and for the room door locks to work. Check-in wasnt bad. Had to wait about 10 minutes for anyone to come to the desk, but they were outside helping what appeared to be a birthday party. Rooms are clean and have basic ammenities. However, when we tried to lock the door from the inside the bolt was misaligned from the hole so it would not lock. Got another room after some back and forth with the front desk. There are two elevators, but only one of them will take you back down to the main floor since the button is broken. Had to send the elevator up so we could call the other one to get down to the 1st floor. Beds are your average hotel beds. Overall, an average stay. I probably wouldn't stay here again though.
