Not what we expected
The location was close to downtown but did not feel safe in that particular area. The floor was not vacuumed or mopped. The towels had a smell to them and were stained. Towel rack fell off when we went to wipe our hands in the bathroom. When we went to make coffee it was still full from the last guest so we had to clean it. Stains were on the mattress when we went to strip the beds to leave. All the sheets in the closet was just thrown in. I don’t typically leave reviews but I feel this property really needs some attention. Safety was my main concern though and I do feel they are trying to fix the area up but definitely be with extra people. When we were sitting on the couch a man was walking down the street and just stopped and scared in the window at us. Walls had marks all over them and the pillows on the couch had a smell. All and all the property really needs some attention.
