This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. From check-in - customer service - listing accuracy - aesthetic, all bad. I arrived and stood in the lobby for an hour because they were trying to double charge our security deposit and wouldn’t send me the access code. Once we finally get into the unit the bed sizes were wrong. If you’re hoping for a king, you’ll just have to deal with because the customer service will give you the run around and ask you the same question over and over again. They asked for photos of the beds. I texted them to the number I was communicating with regarding our security deposit which asked for screenshots and were sent just fine, then all of the sudden wouldn’t work for photos of the beds. I emailed as jpg and then again as attachments which “they couldn’t open.” Unless you are a bachelor party, don’t stay. You can trash that property and they wouldn’t even know. It has been used and abused. Awful experience. I would give negative stars if I could.
