Okay hotel. Bad water pressure.

This hotel is fine. Not the worst, not the best. Pool was really great for the kids. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean , both our room and all the common areas. The water pressure is nearly zero though. There is no traffic light to the hotel. It is in an extremely congested area and we had a very hard time turning out of the hotel.

I have several good things & other disappointing experiences! The hotel was very clean & updated. My issue was the pool availability. I purposely scheduled my stay with my grand kids to swim for spring break. We checked in early to swim. The pool was reserved for private swim lessons for 3 hours. Which we were not advised upon check in. I did go to the front desk & was advised if I would’ve asked they would’ve told me the pool was reserved. I called the week prior to making my reservation advising the reason for my stay, asked if the pool was heated & open. NO mention of the inability to use the pool for 3 hours. My grandkids were so disappointed as was I trying to entertain 4 kids ready to swim. Then I asked for a late checkout for 12:00 which was approved. I received a call at 11:11 asking why I hadn’t checked out yet. So lack of communication from the front desk was extremely disappointing!

The floor in our room was filthy. Walked barefoot from the shower to the bed and had to clean my feet again. Noisy due to close proximity to interstate. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a challenge to get in and out from the highway. Overall it wasnt too bad. We gave it a try and would stay here again if necessary.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before. The location is great and convenient to everything. The staff is friendly and the afternoon cookies are a nice treat. The included breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The decoration of the hotel is so cold and the lights are almost all cool white which is depressing. Also, there isn't enough artificial light in the room. They have microwave ovens in the room but only paper cups so you cannot heat anything. There is NO real glass or ceramic cup/plate in the whole hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just a suggestion that when someone gets a suite and states the amount of people that theres enough towels for each guest and bedding for the pull out couch. Pool was nice but a little cold even after being in it for 15mins. Breakfast was good. The only downside to this hotel is the road its on, traffic is so heavy that you can't even turn left out the driveway. Plenty of restaurants to chose from within 5mins of the hotel.

Excellent experience!

We were passing through late ate night and needed a decent place to stop over. We found this hotel and they had king bed rooms still available last minute. The room was clean and very nicely decorated with new decor and linens, bathroom was clean and fresh. Breakfast was outstanding - cinnamon roll waffles were to die for. Highly recommend this place!
