Comfort Lie

The room smelled like smoke and it was hot. There was a roach in the bathtub (alive) and one walking the bathroom floor. The fixtures were all rusted and hair on the walls and tub.

Not so great in East Tennessee

Room was constantly muggy. Asked for a fan and they didnt have one. Knocked on our door at 930 am to i form us checkout was at 11...why? When our shower flooded the bathroom theres a sign that specifically says not to throw down towels. We alerted them and they still left a puddle on the batbroom floor.

Worked well for our purposes. Just a couple minutes, easy drive to Broadway, which was what we came for. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was not great, but we weren’t wandering around as there was nothing to see around there. All this being said, I would stay again if I came back to Nashville.

The property was okay. The room was decent. It's not a luxury hotel it's a place you stop and sleep before you move on. I thought it was a little worn, but I noticed they were paining and fixing it up. So I'm sure they'll get to the full property. I notices some minor cultural/language differences. However the staff worked very hard to accommodate. With time I'm sure they will be excellent.

Terrible & disappointing!

We came to Nashville for the 2025 Coldplay concert and stayed a few nights. The hotel stay was terrible and so disappointing! It stunk (smelled musty) and was dirty. There was bags of garbage laying by the elevator. We were in a non-smoking room but smelled cigarette & marijuana smoke. The pool area had used towels laying around from the day before. The water was dirty with liter and bugs. We used the skimmer and tried to clean it out. There were only two clean towels available for use. Free breakfast was a joke! They had 3 types of cereal and oatmeal but no milk! The worker helping with breakfast was rude. Also, she stood by the automatic doors the entire time we were sitting at the table which caused the doors to constantly open and shut. It was 90 degrees outside and hot inside.
