Staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel doesn’t have any amenities though such as a gym or pool so it really is a place just to sleep. Beds were extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the fridge in our room didn’t work but it wasn’t very necessary for us as we hardly brought food leftovers back to the hotel. The walking distance to downtown was very short and returning back to the hotel late at night felt safe.

This place does the bare minimum. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful and the water pressure was great, but I would not stay here again: - Only 1 elevator was in service for my whole stay, so it took 3 minutes to arrive sometimes and we always had to squeeze in with a bunch of other people. - The room was not clean - the floor was dirty when we arrived, and the bathroom had a ton of mold/mildew in the shower. No housekeeping during our 2 night stay. - No blackout curtains

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quite, nice, convenient hotel. Plenty of parkings around (Library garage is $20 per day). Just don't do the Welcome package, you will spent your time on the second floor, no way out! I apologize to Jason for saying that, but please don't!

We had a great few days. Quick walk to Broadway, museums and hockey arena.…through Printer’s Alley if you like. I thought the wifi was just weak in our room but turns out there was an another way to connect, so ask right away. 😉

Great Hotel! Great Stay! Clean! Printer's Alley!

Great Hotel!! Great stay! Small room, but just a place to sleep and very clean! Quiet! Great shower! No carpet was a little weird - not used to that - but it was fine! Probably cleaner than carpet. Good location - it didn't take long to walk just about anywhere we wanted - except be aware - there are lots of hills to walk up and down to get to Broadway and just about anywhere - but Printer's Alley - that is literally right around the corner. Just a hotel - no pool or restaurant, etc. BUT we didn't need any of that. Front desk associate extremely nice and helpful as well as the girls at the activities desk. Had breakfast at 417 Union which is only a block away and was very good. Walked to Johnny Cash museum, Broadway and Ryman Auditorium.

The price was right compared to other hotels in the Printer's Alley area, which is where I like to stay. It's right next door to Hotel Indigo. Don't do the valet parking - you can find a cheaper parking spot in the Printer's Alley garage just a block away through Spot Hero.
