I don’t typically leave good reviews but it is well deserved. Everyone here has been so friendly, the breakfast was good, a safe area and the massage chair is awesome! I will indeed stay here again!

I didn’t appreciate that a group of drunk guys in their 50s sitting in the lobby tried to get my 20 something year old daughter to have beer with them in their room. Very gross. Not the hotel’s fault but makes it feel unsafe,

Had to stay in additional night because the concert got canceled due to rain. The hotel jacked up the rate to $490. For a additional night in the middle of the week and no special event taking place except for those that wanted to stay for the delayed concert. I felt I was being taken advantage of by the greed that quoted me that price. I went two blocks over for 325 a night and stayed at a Marriott. A five-star establishment. I learned my lesson.

The room was adequate, however, one of our beds wasn't made when we returned in the evening, and one of the used bath towels disappeared without being replaced. The pool was fine and there were additional towels available. In the gym, one of the treadmills appeared to be broken, and the elliptical was making a lot of noise and thus unusable. The breakfast included fresh fruit but no "sugarless" oatmeal or muesli options.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! If I could do zero stars that wouldn't even be ok! First room smelled like urine so bad we couldn't even try to stay had to ask for a room change immediately, second room didn't smell like urine BUT the sheets were stained with some sort of bodily fluids!!! The staff refused to refund our money, we weren't even in the establishment for more than 20 minutes! I'm so disgusted and even more disappointed and then the owner tried to rebuttal With- they offered yet another room but we refused due to personal reason .Newsflash your rooms were disgusting and after two rooms being unsafe due to those cleanliness issues we were Not willing to try for the third. Being a premium point holder with this chain I'm so very disappointed with the entire situation

Located a short Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway and all the action of CMA fest. Beds were a little firm, but still comfortable. Breakfast was included and did its job. Front desk staff was super nice and welcoming. Was worth saving the $400 over something right in all the action.

Walkable but quiet

Great walkable spot, but quiet compared to some of the locations in Music Row with loud live music. Hotel was clean, comfortable, lots of storage, great variety for breakfast.

Upon arriving we were notified of a $20 parking fee which we were not aware of. Looking back on the site we booked on it said it in fine print. The bed feels like it has a rock board underneath. They keep it so hot in the hotel you sweat just sitting in the elevator. Their elevator doesn’t have the permit posted there is just a piece of paper saying “permit on file”. Going to our room there was a big room that was open with pipes and leaking water everywhere. This hotel is way overpriced for what you get.

We enjoyed our short stay, highlight- incredible breakfast and staff. The bathroom has limited counter space for getting ready. The beds are firm and they give you 4 very short small pillows so sleeping can be difficult if you are not prepared.

The staff was very accommodating I arrived early from my flight and had a late flight out and allowed me to keep my bags there. Room was clean the coffee maker didn’t work was cold but they had a coffee machine in the lobby which was complimentary so it was good before heading out for my day
