Enjoy views of the ocean and Block Island from the 1st and 2nd floor balconies along with private access to The Village at Sand Hill Cove beach in this stylish condominium. Walking distance to the Block Island ferry, renowned George's of Galilee restaurant, quaint new Tiki bar on the beach with nighttime live music and minutes drive to Point Judith Lighthouse and multiple town/state beaches. Built in 2011, this 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse condo with an open floor plan has it all!! Hardwood flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms with natural stone tiles. Open the doors and windows and enjoy the cross breeze and sounds of the waves crashing on the beach or close the doors and relax in the comfort of central air. The 1st floor entry is from a covered porch that leads to a small mudroom with natural stone flooring and storage closet. The second level has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, guest bath, living room offering ocean views from the balcony and furnished with a fold out couch for extra quests. The top floor has a master suite with full bath including a tiled shower and it also has a private balcony offering gorgeous ocean and Block Island views. There is a second en-suite bedroom with full bath offering beautiful views of the fishing and Block Island ferry pier. Lastly on the top floor is a hall laundry area with washer and dryer. Don't wait any longer to book this memorable get away and enjoy all that southern RI has to offer!! We are new owners and new to VRBO and we are committed to making your stay as memorable as possible!! Being locals to the area, you will have the comfort of knowing we are available at any moment, yet will ensure your privacy and only be present if requested.
