Pt Judith Beach House -Ocean Views, Close to Beach

Newly updated Point Judith beach house!

Walk/bike to beaches (under 1 mile to 3 sandy beaches including Scarborough state beach, Roger Wheeler State beach and Camp Cronin) from this this 4 bed home with direct ocean views throughout, including from 1 upper and 2 large lower decks. Our home is a New England beach house with lots of charm inside while being completely updated. A 2 minute walk to Spain, Aunt Carries and Iggys, but on a safe, quiet street creates the perfect vacation balance!
The space
The space has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths inside, and a new outdoor shower outside! There are two separate living room spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunroom with a dining table. There are also 3 large decks, and an outdoor dining set for 8 or more!

The front bedroom off of the front living room has a queen bed. The walkthrough bedroom to get from one side of the house to the other (although there are 4 exterior entrances so you can go around) has a twin daybed with a pull up pop up trundle to convert to a king. The 3rd bedroom off of the second living room has a full bed and it’s own entrance. The master bedroom is upstairs in a loft, with a king bed, half bath and balcony looking at the ocean. Watch the surfers on big wave days and see all the way to the pt Judith lighthouse!

***7 night weekly rentals with Sunday turnovers for summer months! ***

***Linens and towels are not included with this rental. Renters are welcome to provide their linens/towels or those items can be rented from Vacation House Linens, a local rental company. Vacation House Linens also provides beach, baby and pet equipment rentals if needed.
