This property was pristine. Included all the amenities you could possibly need. House was big enough for our extended family. Was close enough to the beach 1 mile walk. We’ve been going to Narragansett for 8 yrs now and this by far was the best property we have stayed at.

Clean, plenty of bedrooms & 2 refrigerators!

A roomy home in a lovely neighborhood, close to beaches. A/C was a plus in hot weather. 6 bedrooms gave us plenty of rooms to choose from. We enjoy bike riding and although there are no off road paths in the immediate area, the biking was fairly safe, especially during the week without so many cars. (Nice off road bike trail not far away). Plenty of parking. The host was always immediate to respond with any questions. Lots of local fish restaurants, plenty of outdoor dining. Great place to vacation!

Awesome location!

We loved staying at this home! Very close to beach. Lots of toys and games for kids. Big backyard and great deck. We had plenty of room and the house had everything we needed! Can't wait to go back!

Loved this house !

We had a fantastic week in this house. The place was clean on arrival. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The location is perfect - so close to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Loved the deck too !

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

We were so happy with this property! Everything was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for all of my family. The A/C was great (especially since it was humid most of the week!) We were close to the beach, and the neighborhood park was a plus. We hope to be able to stay here again next year!

Stayed for the week

My family and I stayed here for 8 days and we had a great time. It had plenty of space, multiple updated rooms including the kitchen and a nice deck. We took cars down to the beach so we didn’t have to carry all of the chairs but it’s only about a 13 minute walk. Parking for each car was about $10 but it’s less for residents and seniors. We loved how close the house was to restaurants, the Block Island Ferry and the grocery store. I would definitely recommend this house.

Rooms were all a good size. Plenty of room for everyone we had at the house to move around comfortably., Loved all the accessories like the beach wagon, coolers, backyard games. Had a great time!

Great house, clean, and nice layout

We loved staying here! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook up feasts (or even to make scrambled eggs or a shake). There were plenty of beach toys, a wagon, stroller, you name it for the kiddos. It was perfect. Highly recommend this home!
