Stayed at this hotel due to the convenience of being near the narita airport. The room is decent for the price and a free airport shuttle. The shuttle also provides transport to the nearby mall which is nice. I was satisfied with the overall excellent until I ate the breakfast buffet at the restaurant inside the hotel. Most of the food isn’t even average other than the potato wedges and coffee. On top of that the staff working there were extremely rude. I was toasting my bread and this lady with short hair spoke to me in Japanese in a really rude tone. My guess is she was telling me I shouldn’t adjust the temperature of the toaster. There’s many ways to relay a message to a person and if she had used a nicer tone I wouldn’t have a problem with it. If the toaster’s temperature isn’t right then it needs to be adjusted….if not, why even have it there?! To top that off, my sister was rudely told to leave when the buffet wasn’t over. This person pointed to her watch and spoke in Japanese in a rude tone in which my sister assumed she’s telling her to leave. Their buffet ends at 10 am and at this point it was around 9:30 am. If there’s a time limit, customers should be told in advance. There isn’t a need to be aggressive and shoving plates aside with a major attitude. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Good morning buffet in the evening buffet were both excellent. Really enjoyed the food. The room was very nice and clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and always courteous and willing to help.

This hotel is okay. It’s very inconvenience without car. The staffers are not different than 2-3 star hotels hand towels were stained. I’m very surprised this hotel didn’t have any coffee in the room just a green tea only.

The hotel is so clean but about 25 minutes from Airport not 15 as they describe the shuttle bus have to do stop by the Hilton hotel on the way to or from airport But in general the hotel super clean super customer service

Worth the Stay

Love the robes and pillows. Comfortable bed and awesome bedding. Bathroom had toiletries and miscellaneous items in case you forget to bring your own. Mini 7 Eleven found on 1st floor extremely convenient. A Comfortable and convenient airport shuttle.

Property is too old need renovation, include an onsen if possible. Stubborn stain on carpet, furniture in room are too old. Since this is a crew hotel for so many airlines, they should consider refurbishing the property.
