We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. The house itself was nice, the beds were comfortable, the pool was great, and communication was excellent whenever we needed anything. The hosts were responsive and truly tried to help whenever issues came up.The biggest challenge for us was the Wi-Fi. They did try to remedy the issue, but it still made it difficult to stream, browse, or do much online or with tv. but they are trying to fix. The air conditioning was also a struggle during our stay. After a power outage, getting the house back to a good temp became frustrating. Since the thermostat is controlled remotely, we weren’t really able to adjust it ourselves when needed. There were times we woke up hot and uncomfortable, and it was difficult getting things where we wanted them. We understand hosts may have preferred settings, but being able to control it yourself is important.A few smaller updates could make a big difference. I’d recommend replacing the pillows and towels and sheets. The pillows not very many and worn and could definitely use updating. The towels also seemed worn, weren’t matching sets, and there weren’t many available. Some sheet sets didn’t match either, which just a little odd. Also, the flood lights stay on from dark until sunrise, and there are quite a few of them!Overall, despite the inconveniences, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay. Great communication! and a nice home overall. We’d still recommend it.
