It was such a lovely experience from check in. We were greeted in person, and they were so kind and welcoming. They arranged for a taxi to the airport early the next day, recommended local restaurants to try, and places to visit in the short time we were there. The accommodations themselves we great—lots of hot water, fairly quiet, and the most comfortable bed we had in our two week Italian vacation! Highly recommend!

We loved staying at the NAP Luxury “Hotel” (only 5 rooms), in a great tourist location in Naples. The breakfast was very good and filling too. Our room was open and spacious. Alessandra (“Ale”) and Nikolai were both very friendly and accommodating hosts. I have one two constructive suggestions to the hotel staff: (1) our internet access and internet television did not work very well, and I suggest getting WiFi extenders to boost the signal; and (2) the shower floor is very slippery when wet. I suggest offering a clear bath mat and/or installing grab bars on the shower wall. (I grabbed in the glass shower wall when I entered and exited the shower).

Outstanding Value and Service

This hotel is a hidden gem in Naples. For a very reasonable price, we had a spacious, well-designed, and quiet room stocked with quality toiletries, slippers, and even complimentary snacks. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The location is excellent—close to the port, next to a metro station with direct service to Napoli Centrale Station, and surrounded by great food. What really stood out was the service: the staff were proactive, welcoming, and flexible, even letting us check in early and store our luggage on both arrival and departure days. Although it’s a small hotel, it truly punches above its weight. Highly recommend!
