The room was clean. But the bed needed fresh sheets as there were several hairs visible. Front desk had someone promptly come to make the bed with fresh sheets. Had an issue and Bart made things right. Appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean. No issues. Breakfast and coffee was good. When I checked in, my room (302) was not prepped, but the front desk attendant promptly got me another room. Problem solved.
