Staff was excellent, good service and pleasant. Walking distance to Tin City and near Downtown. Nice big suites with full kitchen and views over the Bay. Right under airport runway, so some noise from planes.

I like that Tin City was easy to walk to. Tin City had shops and restaurants on the water. At the hotel poolside I was able to order food and drinks.

Had a wonderful 3-Night stay. The staff made everything quick and easy from check-in to pool service, and everything else in between. The only drawback is that you have to pay $27 a night for parking in their garage. Although I understand the change, a bit cheaper would have been nice since they do not provide 24 hour security nor are they responsible if something were to happen to the vehicle. Regardless, I still give it 5-star as they make up for it in the premiere customer service!

I would give the hotel 9/10. My only issue was the AC vent was directly over the bed and it gave my husband and I a head cold. Everything is was very exceptional nice. I would return in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Perfect Stay at Hyatt Place!” Our stay at the Hyatt Place was absolutely perfect — truly a 10-star experience! The location was unbeatable with stunning views of the marina. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, giving our family plenty of room to relax. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a great pool and spa area that everyone enjoyed. The staff was warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. We can’t wait to return!

The restaurant had good food at a reasonable price. The property was nice with good areas of outdoor seating. Good views from in room balcony. Clean crisp modern lobby. Room was spacious with a good size bathroom. Good water pressure for the shower.
