Nice beach, family friendly. Hotel is under renovations I wish I knew about that before as there was noise at 9 am every day over my room. Also there is a charge of 40 per day for beach chairs and umbrellas, even if you don't use it, that should be in reservation price included.friendly staff

We went for my son's birthday and we had the best time! The beach was only 5 min walk away, the pool was clean and family oriented, the room and services were excellent and the parking was easily available. Our room had a gorgeous view and the temperature was comfortable. The only thing that i had to ask was, we got the room for 3 people but they left cups and coffee for 2. As soon as i called, the problem was solved.

My overall experience at Hilton Marco Island Hotel was a 7 out of 10. An excellent customer service, with attentive staff and a very clean environment. We appreciated the family friendly activities, such as the pool side mermaid entertainment for children and Bingo for adults, added a special touch to our stay. The location is excellent with many nearby dining options, and the on-side restaurants were enjoyable though we found the breakfast offering to be stronger than the dinner selections. On the other hand, there are areas that could be improved. The pool towels appear worn, and the bathroom towels looked outdated and mismatched. It isn't aligned with the with the high standard it promotes.

Staff was always ! My room was cleaned every day, which was a really nice experience! They gave two bottled waters every day, as well. I would definitely recommend staying here just be mindful of some construction for another month or two, but we were up early anyway! The beach is incredible and the pool is huge and kept really nicely as well as a hot tub. The restaurant on site was really tasty and service was really kind. Food was way better than expected! 10 out of 10.

Excellent Restaurant on site, easy check-in, room was huge and had a great view of the water. Early check-in and late check-out. Had a great time with my family at the resort.
