The room was clean, bathrooms very clean. However when we checked in we were asked if we wanted first or second floor. We said it didn’t matter because we were not told that the elevator was not working in our building, the building maps clearly show there are elevators . Very deceiving.

Outdated and dirty. There were cigarette butts on the balcony and dirty forks in the cupboards. We ended up checking out the same day. The pool isn’t heated, no tiki bar, and one of the hot tubs wasn’t working. Staff was nice.

70's style motel property that has gone through some remodeling to have modern-looking rooms and swimming pool. It has a tropical style layout with trees like rainforest, little ponds with fish, and a cabana hut where breakfast is served by the poolside. Their rooms had double beds instead of queen but were comfortable to sleep on. The room and the bathroom were clean. The second floor rooms had balconies. There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. A microwave was available for use in the area where breakfast was served by the poolside. The breakfast had a good variety from hotly prepared eggs, sausage, and bacon to make your own waffles, toast, and more items. It's a two-story building with couple of old-fashioned exterior elevators. There were no drinking water fountains except for a water filling spot in the ice machine. One elevator and one ice machine were out of order. There were only two ice machines from what I could tell. They had a shuttle service to the nearby Lowdermilk Beach. There's a small mini-golf course near the pool area. The staff service was good. Breakfast and parking were complimentary. This is a nice place to stay on a budget when visiting Naplea.

Great little quaint place. Pools and yard were very nice. Small room but ample could have used a small table - not much room for your item. Bed comfortable. Mostly clean. Asked for extra pillows three days in a row and never got them. Ended up buying beach towels as their pool towels were pretty scarce. Close beach access, retail and dining We would come back.

Such a unique place - we love the lush, tropical grounds! Breakfast by the pool is always a treat. All the staff are friendly and helpful. BUT the AC was loud and blew the cold air more onto one side of the bed than the other. The person closest to the wall was much colder than the person on the inside. Our room overlooked the putt putt course which was fine, until a rowdy group decided to hang out there for about an hour,

Room needs upgraded, and was not overly clean. Dishes in cupboards dirty, dishwasher didnt work and smelled bad, bathtub drain clogged and didnt drain for awhile. Room service didnt clean just switched out towels and made beds but no new sheets. Hotel, pool and breakfast were great. Staff very friendly.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and had certain expectations based on the photos: - a balcony with a good view - a fully functional kitchen with cooking items - a leather couch set Etc We were disappointed that almost all the apartments have a parking lot view, with just a couple over the pool (we arrived just before check-in but still wasn't able to get one). The kitchen lacked basic cookware and related items (no baking sheet, no toaster, one dull chopping knife and one steak knife we shared to eat dinner). The room itself was essentially an old cheap apartment with outdated amenities and furnishings and not nearly as luxurious as presented in advertising (had lamps not working, the couch sticky and peeling that required covering with a sheet to be able to sit on without having to peel yourself of it). Breakfast was poorly set up with juice dispensers in the middle of the food making it a giant traffic jam you had to manage while balancing a paper plate of food. The pros: Beautiful gardens in the middle. You have to get out and go there to see them, but if you do they are nice. Super friendly awesome staff 👏

Thank you for the inquiry and desiring my feedback. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival as the location was in a desirable area and well landscaped. The property is a bit dated and motel style but upon entrance we appreciated the layout and space with modern design entrance /bathroom design with shower toilet and separate sink with counter area. The walkout patio was only steps away from the pool/ jacuzzi/ golf courtyard where hot breakfast was offered. We had wanted to mini putt putt but did not make time as the area kept us very busy. The staff was lovely and always kind and supportive for fresh towels, noise concern and a lockout. I would consider staying here again for the cost it would be desirable to have a more premium mattress as essentially you are paying for the rest obtained in this environment. We did take some video and will be looking to find a way to upload and support our feedback.

The suite itself had a nice appearance and initially seemed clean and ready for our stay. Unfortunately, our experience became challenging as my group and I were moved five times due to repeated issues with roaches and a lack of room service. During our stay, we had a sick child, which resulted in vomit on the sheets and in the sink. We contacted the front desk early in the morning to request room service and cleaning. However, when we returned after 6:00 p.m., the room had not been serviced and the mess remained exactly as it was earlier that day. I do want to note that the staff was extremely friendly and polite throughout our interactions. With improved management oversight, better housekeeping response, and proper fumigation and property updates, this hotel has the potential to be a great place to stay in the future.

We booked two rooms. One room was clean but one room was not. Rooms were close to a main road so you could hear a lot of traffic. I am sure rooms towards the back of the pool were much quieter. Breakfast was great and nice area to sit by a pond and fountain.
