Nice place to stay just outside Napier and close to the harbour with cafes and bars. Very spatious room setup and nice views of the ocean with walkways and beach access right out front. Good value for money.

Unlike most hotels and motels in Napier which are advertised as being on the waterfront (but are actually across a busy street from the beach) - this property is directly on the water, with a beautiful view.

We really enjoyed our stay, but next visit we will request a walk in shower, we are elderly and climbing into spa bath to shower is dangerous for us. Motel was full so no option for us to change. Never the less we enjoyed our stay and would return

We stayed for 1 night on way to Gisborne. It was perfect except didn’t see any air conditioning unit nor a fan , it was hot , but nothing like it would be in summer , so that wd be a real concern for me and a deal breaker if no air con . Other than that it suited our needs .
