酒店沒有收到我的預訂 搞了兩小時才能入住

去到酒店 front office 說沒查到我的預訂。要我打去 hotels.com 問。hotels.com 說沒有問題 聯絡了酒店後也解決不了問題 亦沒有跟進 酒店再聯絡總部也找不到訂單 最後搞了兩小時才能入住 這個失誤令我和我的樂隊遲到 要取消晚上的表演 整個南京之旅除了不停坐車 走路 什麼也做不到 白白浪費了我們由香港過來的旅費 酒店本身還可以 以送個價錢換這個質素過得去 但我希望 hotels.com 方面可以確保當地酒店收到預訂。

No one speaks English

You get what you pay for. It is a convient location, in the city and right next to the bus stop and taxis pass frequently. Good for shopping. Close to Hunan rd that has foriegn restuarants and stores along with Chinese shores and shopping plazas. Only downfall is the condition of the room and building, and if was difficult to communicate with staff. Great location, not so great hotel.
