This is a lovely space and the owners are very accommodating. They went above and beyond to accommodate a family dinner, with extra table, chairs, tablecloth, placemats.The kitchen is well stocked, with spices, oil, coffee etc. The beds are very comfortable.The floor is slippery, especially for our senior dog but the alley way is a nice place to walk a dog.

Our stay was comfortable! Enjoyed the separation of upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and baths. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more pantry staples for cooking such as cooking oil and coffee creamers and spices. Dining bar is tight and maybe another barstool or two. Same for living area, another chair would have been nice for 2 couples having conversation. Host was very good at responding quickly. Much appreciated!!

Beautiful little laneway home downtown Nanaimo

Very nice and comfortable place to stay downtown Nanaimo. It has everything you need and close to shops. We enjoyed our 3 night stay and we highly recommend.

Comfortable for space for travelling with Pets!

We had a wonderful time at this clean and cozy spot with our 2 dogs. Excellent space for everyone and well thought out floor plan to maximize comfort. Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was spotless and we felt right at home on a rainy weekend in November. Neighbourhood was great. Walkable if you don’t mind the hill but within 2 min drive to the Old quarter and easy access to the highway. For the dogs, they were quite happy doing their business in the alley that has a few green patches- we were sure to pick up after them to keep this area as nice as we found it. Loved the ease of the parking space right beside the front door. Feels private and secure.

Great accommodation, location very good. Beds comfortable nicely outfitted. Only suggestion would be some better blinds in the kitchen/living room area, they were a bit difficult to get up and down.
