Since we arrived the front desk staff was really nice to us. The hot is very clean, looks really nice. Thank you for all the hard work you put into this place!

The TV in the room didn't work and they couldn't fix it because the maintenance man was off. The room had been cleaned but there was so much built up grime in the bathroom! The breakfast in the morning was almost nonexistent. Just some cereal and muffins. Not what is expected from a continental breakfast. We won't be using this property again.

The room was clean and was comfortable with nice decor. The front desk attendant when we checked in was not friendly and somewhat rude. Everyone else was very friendly. Need to add continental breakfast. Even lower status hotels offer breakfast.

It was easy to find and get parking. The front desk was extremely helpful. The pool was very cold, but I personally prefer a cold pool for an aquatic workout. The room was clean and spacious. This is first hotel I’ve stayed at in Nacadogches that didn’t have a stale mildew in the room and I really appreciated that. I will definitely being staying there again.

Staff- I was asked to verify the dates I was staying and sign confirming. I shared that it was incorrect and was showing “26” instead of “25” the attendant looked at me and said, yes, today is the 30th. I said the year says 12/30/2026, not 2025. She looked at the computer, bewildered, looked back at me, still confused.. takes the paper from me says her computer is correct, scribbles out the date that is incorrect, marks it correct and then hands it back to me to print. Hands me my keys with nothing. Tells me the hours of breakfast to which I could hear, I asked what time the pool closed and she responded with 10. No additional, oh the elevators are that way, your room number is blank and located on blank floor. Obviously she was not pleased with me doing what was asked and correcting the date.

Easy to get to and short distance to where we were to meet people. There were strange bugs on the walls thought at 1 st they were lady bugs but not. No eggs at breakfast at all even though they had a spot labeled for them.

The hall carpet smelled weird, Would suggested putting in ceramic that does not adsorb odors. The highway noise woke me up. Would have preferred a room in the back.

This is convenient to the University, it’s clean and our room was spacious. The walls are so thin that you can hear conversations in the hallways and right next door. The doors slam and echo in the hallways. There is little to no parking and the breakfast is horrible. No options other than cereal, bagels and juice. The toaster was not working

Doors are not insulated well. I heard everything that happened in the hallway. Polyester sheets, really? The absolute worst and the beds are the main reason people pay for hotel rooms. Terrible nights sleep the actual beds were horrible too. If I’m ever in the area again I’m going to check out the Hampton next door.

Terrible! Staff rude and unhelpful. Loud. Work trucks park in HC parking and take up multiple spaces. Hotel will not honor reservations and will cancel week of a big weekend only to reopen availability last minute for inflated prices. Beware and don't take the chance. Used to be a shady motel but they painted it and trying to make it more than it is. (You can't put lipstick on a pig and make it fancy - still a pig!) Multiple Hilton properties in area doing the same shady practices on big event weekends. I had a reservation from July 2025 and they cancelled mine and many others the week of my reservation in sept. Town was sold out so no other options had to book in Lufkin 30 mi away. Stay away.
