The worst hotel ever.

The room’s bed was absolutely atrocious! Lumpy and with huge indentations on either side. The side table was dirty. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly. The noise level was ridiculously loud until almost midnight. I have never ever complained about a hotel. But this was possibly the worst stay of my life. They deserve a zero rating. Hotels.com as a reputable company, I would never take reservations for this hotel.

This is my first time booking with Westgate. The staffs were very accommodating, professional, and were easy to contact. Nice and easy walk to the beach and all the hotel amenities. Hotel provided beach chairs, life jackets and floats for the pool. I do not like that they are no housekeeping to clean the rooms and change the sheets on the beds. Overall it was a great experience.

Reservation messed up by miscommunication representative. Finally got to the hotel where I would tell representative Nadia was able to accommodate us with a different room. Just so happened that this particular room caused trigger the respiratory failure. Luckily staff was able to change my room to the previous room requested. We did have unwelcoming guess enter into our room without notification or consent. Never received an open apology from this organization for a violation of privacy. With all this being said I needed another day to revamp and book another night. Nevertheless I still try my best to make it a pleasant experience.

Best part of the day was checking in. We checked in at noon time on 10 April. I can’t remember her name, but she was so pleasant she was from Nebraska. We talked for a little while her daughter is going to Syracuse University for law school. She was there for a year with her and moved down to Myrtle Beach.

I love this hotel. The only reason i didn’t give it five stars is because it takes the hot water a while to warm up. And nobody wants to take cold showers. And they didn’t have breakfast for the ppl who stayed there only for the ppl who did the time share. I didn’t like that either. But overall great hotel and will be back

The balcony had a railing 6 feet tall, sitting out there was like being in a jail. The room was old, furniture beat up. Worst thing was the pot smell everywhere - sitting on balcony, in halls. People running down halls until four in the morning, knocking on doors. Really a bad place.

Very clean and safe property was very welcoming with dogs the pool water was warm easy beach access nice oceanfront view room comes with a fridge and microwave which was useful restaurant and bar on resort both had good food and drinks will definitely come back and stay very kid friendly to family kingdom is across the street
