Property had a feel of being very old. Handicap parking was very limited. There is no inside dining onsite. Restrooms around the pool areas were not kept clean and stocked with bathroom tissue. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property has very limited handicap parking. Property is very old and needs to be updated. Restrooms around pool areas were never kept clean. Facility needs more signage asking parents to keep their children from running due to fall hazards (wet floors) at the pool areas.

I only stayed for one night, but here is what was great: friendly, accommodating staff, perfect easy access to the beach, several pools, great for families with children. The grounds and the room were nice and clean, including the bathroom. The only thing that I was disappointed by was the bedding. It is extremely scratchy and uncomfortable and prevented me from getting a good nights sleep. That is the only thing that would keep me from staying again!

This was a terrible experience. The music outside was so loud my daughter couldn’t even sleep. The music doesn’t stop until 11pm and the hotel “doesn’t control the music”. This was terrible. I ended up leaving and going to another hotel!!

The property is old and there was some Cockroach plus they have to change my room 2 times First time they placed me and my family in a room that’s located on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator plus it didn’t have any of the room described details at the time of booking, then they have to charge me to move to another room that somewhat had some of the features I was looking for even that they still put on the 15th floor and that room had a problem with it’s balcony door that let all of the rain water inside the room and it was so noisy because it was windy outside when they finally changed the room again the room had some cockroaches and it was smelly. Front desk didn’t even try to compensate me for anything. They offered me a $50 room credit which was worth nothing due to their high price of everything that they sold there and not to mention they add %17 gratuity on anything you buy from them. Never again
