Great location

2nd time renting this property. It was very clean and close to everything we needed. Beautiful ocean views! Only thing I would change or update is add more blankets for the cold nights.. Overall very happy.

Great place!

The location is spectacular! Just a few steps to the beach and perfect view of the ocean. The only minus was the kids bedroom got pretty warm. Didn’t seem to be any air circulation.

Nice View!!

We have stayed here a couple times and love the location and view. Parking is on site and nice to have with 2 passes. Most everything is provided in the unit. A full size coffee pot is definitely a needed update. Otherwise, you just have to bring your sunscreen and clothes and enjoy the beach!!!

Southern get away from Ohio

We needed to get sime Vitamin D and warmth. Stayed for 10 days. Great location, condo was as described and would definitely rent again. Several places close by with live music everyday. All the neighbors in the building were very friendly. No complaints!

Good stay

It was good property but there were burn spots in the floor and on the coffee table. The shutters and window seals were very dusty and we saw a roach on the kitchen. Otherwise the stay was good. Thank you!

Amazing view of the ocean

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. I do feel that it could have been cleaned better prior to our stay. The view of the ocean from the condo was absolutely beautiful! You can’t see the pool from the balcony. There were large cockroaches on the concrete pathways down in front of the condos. They would fly up onto the balcony at night while my husband and I were sitting out there. We’ve stayed at these condos for years and never had seen them there before. Hopefully the problem will get resolved.

Overall, a great place :)

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We LOVED how close it was to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool while we were there. The place was perfect for our family of 4. We did have some issues with the AC units. We could not get them going and after many attempts to contact someone, I finally got a reply a day later. Wish there were directions for the unit (apparently they all have to be on the EXACT same setting for it to work?). Another thing to note is that in the description it talks about a parking pass being in the home and there are multiple signs at the location threatening to tow. Since we came at an off time of year, they aren't required. I had to contact Vrbo to find that out and wish that was mentioned in the description to save us the time and worry. Despite those issues we enjoyed our stay and would probably book again.

Perfect location!

We’ve been going to this complex for 10+ yrs. This was the best location yet. Everything was wonderful. The master with the king bed was nice except, the bed was so hard we would’ve been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. It’s not a cheap place to stay. If I were that owner, I’d make that bed slightly more comfortable. It was terrible. That’s the only thing I have to complain about. Other then that our stay was great :)

Great girls get away

This was a very clean place, right on the beach, that could comfortable accommodate 6, although there was only three of us... two bathrooms are a great amenity! We enjoyed watching sunrises, sunbathing on the pool deck and walking the stretches of the beach... it’s near supermarkets with in 1-2 miles (can Uber or walk) and the Tanger outlets also, (we walked along the beach to reach them and then about a mile on the street) if you have to go shopping! There is a bar right next to the area with live music and full of happy attitudes and spirits! You cannot heart from the balcony though just due to positioning donit does not get loud... (surprisingly). We enjoyed our stay very much! Would come back again :)

Beach escape

We had a wonderful time Dec 21! All about the location here. Steps from the beach and a beautiful view. Can clearly hear the peace of the waves all the time.. Couldn't ask for more.
