Staff super nice! But this place was a poo hole. None of the inside doors latch or even shut. The sliding glass door handle is beyond broken and the bottom track needs cleaned or new bearings in it. Had to crouch down and push on the lower inner part of the door to wrangle it open. Half the lights don't work, the stovetop doesn't work (found out after buying 100 of food for the week) There's a pot, pan, 2 bowls, 3 plates, 3 spoons, 1 fork and zero drinkware. No dish cloths/towels....no paper towels. Bedding and window drapes smelled sour (had to get fabreeze & candles). Nothing dried completely in the place - had to use the balcony. Just a shower, it's stuck on shower only...all the faucet handles in the bathroom are loose. The kitchen spout is so encased in lime deposit it doesn't move. The hot tubs closed. Same with bar/restaurant. No floaties for lazy river but a sign saying do not use without one??? sand in all pools. Stains in the hallways. Malfunctioning elevators. Creme de la creme of the whole trip was the absolute beast of a ROACH we killed on the 3rd night. I'm not a picky person when it comes to accomodations especially at the beach...but come on!!! Do not book here.
