Location was perfect - easy access to the beach, walking distance to multiple restaurants and a reasonable to short drive everywhere else. Was fun to be able to switch from the ocean to the pool so easily. Definitely not the biggest pools, but our kids had no complaints about that and we knew what we were choosing ahead of time. The condo was perfect - clean, spacious, quiet and the views can't be beat. We called maintenance once and he was there and fixed our problem within 15 minutes (on a sunday evening). Parking garage a block away was not an issue for us. Easy enough to pull in front of the building to unload luggage/groceries as needed. We do wish there was an umbrella and beach chairs, but that would have been a bonus as that is not in the listing. Breakfast was good enough and definitely saved us some money. Important to note that everyone in your party needs to go eat breakfast at the same time using the pass given - you can't split into groups. We were able to see the Wednesday night fireworks from our balcony. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

Perfect location, the unit exceeded our expectations. Very clean , spacious and nicely decorated . Only small downside, ( not unit specific) 2 of the bathrooms water didn't get hot . Would stay there again ! Literally on the beach ! Bring your own beach chairs and towels .

Loved this condo!

Lots of windows for a great view of the beach and shoreline! We were only able to stay a few nights but I was able to add late check out that gave us extra time to enjoy the beach and heated pools. The included breakfast buffet was good but you did have to have your whole party together when you went so no late sleepers. The condo itself was very comfortable and I loved all the windows in the living/dining room! I look forward to staying here again.

Place was exactly like pictures showed it. The location and view were awesome and the kids loved spending time at the beach and the pool. Check in was really good and the front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

Ocean views!

Location, location, location!!!! This place was in a great location on the strip. Ocean views were amazing and little too no noise other than the waves. Most of the shops are literally a 5 to 10 minute walk right up the strip, so very convenient. Cleaning of the place could of been a bit better, but nothing crazy. More so sand on the floor and inside cabinets were a bit dusty. Also quite a bit of damaged walls I noticed when first looked over the place, but sent a message to the property owner and they were very polite and asked for pics which we sent over. Overall great stay and would definitely book again!

Very clean and nice. My only complaint is the mattresses, are very uncomfortable you can feel the springs. Also the pullout sofa mattress was dirty.

I liked the location, the unique and beats views of an almost 360 degree ocean view the dislike was the A/C quit around midnight and the front office did nothing to compensate the terrible night sleep before a 10 hr drive home, we were told sorry have safe travel

This was my second time staying at this complex. I really love the location and the units are really nice. The parking deck however is really far away, that’s the only downfall really. But I would still stay again.

Week at the beach

The condo is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and perfect views of the ocean. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect for three adult couples. The included breakfast each morning was amazing. The sheets and towels were clean and the staff was on point with any needs. There are beach rental chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The only complaint was dealing with Vacasa with pre arrival questions. Everything is routed to a call center and questions are answered by reading verbatim from the condo description. Otherwise it was the perfect stay and we would rent this condo again.

Fabulous view but cleanliness needs improvement

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The views were the best part about the unit, they were amazing! Great location on the beach and the included buffet breakfast was excellent. However, the cleanliness was lacking as the dishwasher was full of moldy silverware. In addition, the shower in the master bedroom never got hot water, we had to use another bathroom to shower. I received a text from the property manager right after we checked in. I mentioned all of these items and was told they would address things immediately but we never heard another word. Fortunately, most of our time was spent on the beach so we were able to work around the issues.

Large convenient and comfortable

All 3 bedrooms, and the entire condo were large and comfortable. Beautiful views from all of the windows and balconies. Conveniently located near downtown myrtle beach and Broadway. Of the 3 elevators, 2 of them got stuck multiple times (with people in them, fortunately never us) but we were always a bit nervous. They were also very slow and at times a long wait. One episode of sewage water gurgling back into the kitchen sink.

Myrtle Beach Get A Way

After booking & before our arrival, we received very helpful emails regarding our up coming vacation at Carolinian Beach Resort! Everyone we encountered at the resort was very friendly & helpful! We didn’t actually see the manager, but, we had no reason to do so! With the professionalism of the staff, I feel this is a positive reflection of good management on the manager’s part. Both check in & check out went very smoothly! I gave a 4 stars rating only because the area rug in the family room, of the unit we stayed in, is frayed on one corner & needs replaced. I understand, however, traffic volume in a beach home/condo would show wear & tear very quickly! If there had of been a 4 1/2 star choice, I would have chosen that. That one issue, however, did not keep us from having a wonderful time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & have already talked about wanting to make another trip to Myrtle Beach & we wouldn’t mind booking there again.
