It was somewhere to stay.
When we arrived, we walked into an entirely different unit than what was rented. 1 bed instead of 2, but was told it’s still a 4 person unit. Was put in another unit next door, that was closer to what we rented but definitely different (older, and not as nice) than the pictures of the unit we were under the impression we were getting. The unit we were given was severely bare, completely empty salt and pepper shakers, the stove was not put together, no pans for cooking, multiple lightbulbs were out, and minimal utensils. Also no linens for the pullout couch. There was no checkout instructions. The front desk wasn’t open. When communication to management, it seemed very unprofessional and unorganized.
This was the first time in myrtle beach, so we don’t know if this is “normal” for this area. But just to worn folks what they could be getting into staying here.
