Stunning private Villa with phenomenal service

We spent my memorable 30th birthday with family and some good friends in this incredible villa. We felt like we stayed into our own house. Upon arrival, all fridges were already full of our favourite food and drinks, exactly as ordered. The panoramic sea views from the pool, dining table and bedrooms were well worth the extra euros. Location was perfect, walking distance to an amazing sandy beach and restaurants. All rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean in genuine Myconian style. Theo was an incredible host and a miracle man. He booked for us at short notice a superb private chef, delicious birthday cake, a VIP table at Alemagou, front row Cabanas at Spilia beach nearby and a chopper ride that got us for a 3-hour tour of Santorini and back. The caretaker washed and ironed 3 large suitcases of clothes with a smile. The in-house staff was extraordinarily friendly and always glad to assist. My girlfriend played music at the Villa's multi-speakers all night long with no problems whatsoever. They even allowed us for an 11 o'clock at night late checkout for free ! Wow ! This is what I call astonishing level of service ! I've never experienced so much hospitality, kindness and generosity from a host in my life. Our stay was absolutely magical. From the location to the comfort of the house decor and most importantly the amazing personnel that took care of every single need of us, words cannot describe how wonderful it was. None of us wanted to leave ! We will certainly be back !!!!!

Best vacation I've ever had

Honestly, this was the best holiday rental experience I've ever had. The island, the beach, the sea views, the pool, the jacuzzi, the open deck - all just as amazing as the photos show. But the house itself ? Even better in person. It's huge, tastefully decorated, super clean, beautifully kept and had everything we could ever need - tons of space, a great kitchen, many fridges and shocking sea views from every bedroom. The outdoor setup with the spacious pool, jacuzzi and pool deck was perfect for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing in complete privacy. But what really blew me away was the level of service. I have never experienced such helpful on-site staff. Theo, the host, was insanely responsive. I got almost instant replies to all my questions. For example, I asked for swimming aids for my 2 children, I had them in 5'. I wanted a 6 organic egg omelette with strawberries, chevre cheese and gluten-free bread for breakfast, it was immediately arranged and prepared by the care taker. A 2008 Dom Perignon and sugar-free chocolate cake, done. Thai massage for the entire family (all at the same time) by the pool no problem. Night swimming down at Kalo Livadi beach with fire and music arranged. Grilled octopus same day fished by the Villa's gardener and cooked in-house done. You can't get this level of service at a 5* Hotel. All this in perfect privacy with no neighbors or other guests to worry about. This place is truly special, the whole team amazing, couldn't have asked for more!

Best vacation I've had in years, perfect beach villa, 5-star service from an amazing host !

The villa is sublime & stunningly beautiful, built on a hill right above the awesome Kalo Livadi beach & surrounded by private gardens. Each & every spacious bedroom had mesmerising sea views. We could clearly see Paros & Naxos as well as an impressive sunrise from our kingsize bed. The huge steaming hot open jacuzzi was our favourite family get together. The private pool was big & bean shaped with large comfortable sun beds. We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday on a large shaded outdoor table with delicious burgers grilled by the house keeper at the BBQ and then went on zipping cocktails & smoking cigars on the open bar till the early hours. The sound system covered the entire villa & my children played their favourite spotify playlists all night long. It's good that there are no neighbours. The fridges were already fully stocked upon our arrival with local produce, fresh fruits & drinks. The house keeper prepared our breakfast exactly as ordered, did our laundry, kept the villa super-clean and gave us beach chairs & an umbrella that we took to the nearby secluded beach of Loulos where we had a lovely afternoon swim all in private. In the evening, we watched free netflix & played Nintendo on a 75" tv and I caught up with some office work on my bedroom's 38'' ultrawide Mac Mini with fast internet. The host is wonderful & always available. He knows everybody in the island, booked taxis, best tables & protected us from tourist ripoffs. A special exquisite unique experience !!!

Perfect home in beautiful Mykonos

Exceeded my expectations in every way. The property is perfect with incredible views and outdoor living areas. Rooms are clean comfortable with loads of storage so you can unpack and feel at home. The living areas are large and comfortable. The host, Theo was so helpful in booking everything we requested (recommend dinner and massages at the house) The staff were on top of everything. Pool, Spa, Rooms and kitchen were kept immaculate. The island has so much to offer. Shopping Catamarans, Night life, baking classes. We did it all! The entire family said it was a trip of a lifetime.

Perfect Villa for pool and beach life !

Impeccable, clean, tidy and luxurious villa, only two steps from the sandy beach of Kalo Livadi, with a beautiful sea view. Perfect for a large family, like ours, with its 7 king sized bedrooms and its en-suite bathrooms. All rooms were very well-equipped with large safes for our valuables, hairdryers and toiletries. The Villa has a great sound system that we were controlling from our mobile phones. The housekeeper took care of daily cleaning and we were supplied with fresh hand and bath towels every day. The Villa is located in a lovely and quiet area 5 minutes from the main Mykonos village and 15 minutes from the city center. Theodoros is a very helpful, attentive and affectionate host. He gave us very good recommendations and made VIP bookings in restaurants and beach clubs for us. Watching the sunrise from this villa was an unforgettable experience. All of this made our Mykonos vacation a 5 star vacation. We felt really special in this Villa, treated like royalty and we will definitely be returning back next year !!!!

Nous avons passé un moment fantastique !

La configuration de la maison est idéale, et la décoration est magnifique - tout a été méticuleusement planifié. C'est un véritable havre de paix! Un confort inégalé pour notre famille de six personnes. La piscine est aménagée pour plaire à tous : spa, piscine à débordement, espace barbecue, table de ping-pong, et même un terrain de basketball. Le cadre est paisible et relaxant. La plage se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à pied, et on y trouve un restaurant haut de gamme. Les principaux villages sont à environ 20 minutes en voiture. Theodoros est un hôte extrêmement généreux et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le personnel est très discret. Nous garderons un souvenir éternel de cette maison. MERCI THEODOROS!

Fantastic location, Spectacular sea views

The Villa is brand new, clean and very nice indeed. The staff and housemaid are excellent, especially the Villa manager who helped us with transfers and booking great lunch and dinner. We visited Mykonos during off-season, so the island was quiet and tranquil which I personally like a lot. The beach which is only 5 minutes walk from the Villa is super: golden sand, light blue and 100% crystal clean with no waves and no currents. The Villa itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. The sea views to the south were stunning. We tried the heated open air Jacuzzi with hydromassage which was a relaxing experience and booked a 90 minute massage by the pool. The Villa was fully equipped and the Sonos Sound system worked really nice. I could control the sound of the entire Villa from my Iphone ! There is a German-owned windsurfing school nearby but I brought my own board and the wind was perfect. The villa is located only 10-15 minutes away from everything, so you are near downtown but you can still enjoy your privacy and peace for a memorable vacation. There were a couple of traditional Greek Tavernas nearby and we ordered take-away local dishes that were delivered right to our doorstep for good prices. We didn't have enough time to explore Mykonos with all its shops, beach bars and clubs as we were enroute to Santorini, but this Villa certainly made our short stay worth our while and we will definitely rebook this villa hopefully in the near future for a longer stay.....

Each morning, we were greeted by breathtaking sunrises visible from every bedroom, a daily reminder of the villa’s unique placement. The infinity pool, overlooking Kalo Livadi beach, became our private oasis, with its sparkling waters mirroring the clear blue skies. The villa’s proximity to the beach is perfect for those who fancy a short stroll to the soft sands and inviting Mediterranean waters. Our host was the epitome of Greek hospitality, attending to our needs with precision and warmth. From arranging local culinary delights through a private chef to organizing seamless transportation around the island, every detail was meticulously handled. He ensured that our itinerary was packed with the best that Mykonos has to offer, from secluded beach spots to the most vibrant nightlife destinations. Equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and surrounded by lush gardens, the Villa provided not just a stay, but a plethora of memorable moments—whether it was dining al fresco under the starlit sky, enjoying spirited table tennis matches, or simply unwinding with a glass of fine Greek wine by the pool as the sun set. Amazing villa with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and breathtaking Sunrises

We spent a brilliant and crazy July weekend together with my three sisters at Villa Jocaste. The property's location (next to Kalo Livadi beach) was excellent and we greatly enjoyed an early morning swim in the deep blue crystal waters. Our rooms were spotless, large, with extra comfy beds, balconies and magnificent sea views to the South. The swimming pool was massive and hidden away from prying eyes, yet offering staggering ocean views. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the chic bamboo sofa beds by the poolside sipping cocktails as well as the jacuzzi dug in a natural cave and shaped with Mykonian rocks. It was a joy walking through the gardens around the villa which were beautifully maintained with fully grown trees among granite stones. The villa itself was large and tastefully decorated with style and elegance. The private chef that we ordered cooked for us some delicious local specialties on the grill with fresh salads and veggies from the villa’s private organic farm. The staff was absolutely amazing and the house manager went out of his way to ensure that all of our needs were met (from arranging airport transfers to booking front row cabanas at beach clubs). The housekeeper prepared our breakfast and took care of our laundry. After partying downtown till the early hours we witnessed a staggering sunrise from the comfort of our bed. This villa is the perfect place to relax, escape and reboot from the noise of Mykonos city. We are now back in London but the lovely photos and memories that we took while staying there will remain with us forever. We absolutely adored Villa Jocaste and we will definitely return back for more !
