This villa is beautiful! Staff is friendly and there is a restaurant onsite as well as a gym. My guest and I booked a room with a pool/jacuzzi, it was perfect for us. The villa is about 15-20 minutes away from most of the main attractions like Mykonos town so I’d advise booking a rental or ATV to get to and from so you aren’t over spending on transportation that can be €40 for one way. I would stay here again.

Lovely stay at this new development. High spec rooms, very friendly and attentive staff, easy access via transfers to main town and other areas, and walking distance to Alemagou beach club. New hotel, great staff and location.

Great stay at Ftelia Black. Staff was ultra friendly and helpful. Location is great depending on what youre looking to do. Only problem i had was the water in the shower did not drain properly. Causing it to flood and there was nothing that could be done about it. Had to constantly turn the water on and off while showering and put a bunch of towels on the floor.

We loved staying in Ftelia Black Villas! The hotel is beautiful. Our room was simply amazing. Huge shower, with a wall similar to a rock. Big bed. Lovely decor. And the best of all: the terrace and the private pool! We enjoyed it a lot. All this in a quiet scenario, but very close to the village of Anno Mera. Very easy to reach all the villages and beaches. The only negative points: - breakfast hasn't a big variety. It's almost the same all days. Overcooked (frozen) croissants and bread.An excellent hotel like this should present a better breakfast (included in the nightly price). Other options (like scrambled eggs) were paid as an extra and expensive. - the breakfast is served in the room. The dirty dishware were taken and never replaced. We had to constantly ask for dishes, cups and glasses for our breakfast.

État général correct. Emplacements éloigné de la ville (idéal pour ce qui veulent se reposer tout le séjour). En revanche, GROS POINT NÉGATIF SUR LE PETIT DÉJEUNER (servis dans des cartons/ produits non frais / aucun effort de présentation / pas du tout exhaustif, nous étions obligés de se ravitailler ailleurs) De plus les prix des autres services sont extrêmement chers voire inadaptés ( 10€ la canette de red bull).

Wir hatten als Paar eine Junior Suite mit Pool. Von Tag eins wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen ! Vollkommene Privatsphäre. Das Personal war sowohl telefonisch als auch über WhatsApp sofort erreichbar und uns wurde alles erfüllt was wir benötigt haben. Sauberkeit war top! Frühstück war reichlich. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 min in der City. Vom Flughafen 15-20 min Autofahrt und sehr gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind neu und das Hotel ebenfalls. Wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen.
