Lovely suite. Great breakfasts

We stayed in a Suite which included 2 toilets a kitchenette and a washing machine which was very helpful. Generous size rooms and very quiet. Fantastic breakfast omelette served by the wonderful breakfast manager Aamir and cooked by Srikant. All staff were very helpful and happy to make your stay a pleasant one. Would definitely here again

We stayed in a suite from July 8–18, 2025, as a family of four. The hotel offers good value, a modern interior, and convenient access if you have a car. Highlights include flexible early check-in, a well-equipped gym, a shaded kids’ pool, and a friendly breakfast staff (special thanks to Aamir!). However, there were major drawbacks: We booked for four but only got one bed (extra bed cost extra) – unacceptable. Also, the pool was closed 2 out of 10 days without notice, which disrupted our plans. Other minor issues: Room wasn’t properly cleaned at check-in, housekeeping was inconsistent, no hairdryer unless requested, and limited complimentary water. Service in general was distant, except for Aamir, who truly stood out. Conclusion: Budget-friendly, but closer to 3 stars in service and reliability. We wouldn’t book again, but hope this honest feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff are great and make sure you have the best stay possible. They are very welcoming, smiling, available and patient. I am thinking in particular of Ahmed and Waleed Ahad. The breakfast is also very good, varied with excellent service, I think of Aamir and Phone. Moreover, the hotel is super clean and has a very good cleaning service.

Amazing stay at intercity hotel bawshar. The hotel is very clean and the staff is so adorable. Special mention to Ahmed and Zakaria who were always available for us (but all the staff was great also!!). We took a deluxe suite with a kitchen and it was great for us (one couple one kid). Swimming pool on the rooftop is just amazing with a great view. I higly recommand this hotel!
