Beautiful ocean front property!

This property offers amazing oceanfront views with a lot of privacy. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and clean. Great choice for a group, 4 couples, and multiple families!

Private retreat at the beach

We had a lovely stay with our family and 15 month old grandson. The porch was wonderful and we spent many hours reading and relaxing on it in amazingly comfortable porch furniture! Everything we needed to be comfortable away from home and lots of fun to be had.

Relaxing getaway in a lovely home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great experience staying at this home. The place was comfortable and exactly as described. Everything I needed was provided, from fresh linens, to a well-equipped kitchen. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Communication with host was smooth and friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and welcoming rental.

Beautiful home & setting

Six ladies rented the house and we had an awesome time on what seemed like our private beach! The home had more amenities than we could’ve asked for. We loved the spacious den and everyone had their own bed and television if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch overlooking the ocean. We had no complaints and were grateful for the help ‘Faith’ provided when we had a question. We’ll definitely be back again!

Nice family vacation!

This house has a lot of room! We loved that every bedroom had a view of the ocean, and its own bathroom. This house is located at the point so it is secluded and private! It was very windy, so definitely bring your sweatshirts and take advantage of the mornings on the beach because by lunch time it gets very windy! We would definitely return again!

Only issue was the pool light was so bright at night everyone had to use the black out curtains - could not enjoy the night sky - we confirmed there was no way to shut off the light due to it being turned on by a photocell.

Incredible Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this vacation space and cannot imagine a better location. The views are spectacular, and you could spend hours in the comfy chairs on the massive deck simply enjoying the sounds and the sights. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is not well stocked or organized and there is no pantry space. The outdoor areas could benefit from cleaning, both the pool area and the garage space under the home. There were also some spiders and palmetto bugs (which after a quick call, service arrived promptly). We cannot say enough great things about Bask and the service and quality of care displayed. While this home is starting to show its age, we absolutely love it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had several issues with the home during our stay including a mold problem. While the management team made attempts to correct most problems, I do think the property was neglected. The location is beautiful but we were disappointed that we had to deal with so many maintenance issues during our stay.

Beautiful location, but house needs work

Location is beautiful. The location of the home is wonderful. The house needs some work. It was infested with cockroaches. They sent someone out to spray, but we still seen a ton after that. The pillows were old, the garbage disposal didn’t work and smelled up the house, black mold upstairs around the vent in the master bathroom. The cleanliness was poor. The place was below par for the price, to say the least. The home has so much potential, but desperately needs work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sunrise Point in Inlet Harbor community. The views were stunning. Ample room for our family. We loved the ice machine in the laundry room, nice extra! Only issues we experienced were the AC unit on the 2nd floor as not working when we arrived and the temperature reached 90 plus degrees. I'm sure the cleaning cre2 knew this but didn't report it. It was eventually fixed the 2nd . The other issue was the tv in the downstairs king bedroom didn't work. We didn't realize this until Thursday. Lastly, the owner knocked on the door and while courteous, he wanted to get some beach chairs to sit on the beach with in eyesight of the deck. It was a bit unsettling. We know the HOA supposedly bans golf carts we saw several during the course of the week. We would have enjoyed having one. As usual Bask Away properties are exceptional. We will be looking for next year's rental. 😊

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this home several times, and always enjoy our time there. The location is excellent and very private. Unfortunately, there were lots of wooden planks, many with rusty nails, full staircases, bricks, and other miscellaneous debris all washed up on the beach. This might be a county issue to correct, but it does need attention! The pool and deck area are lovely, and we enjoyed time both in the pool, as well as in the rockers on the porch. The home does state to sleep 14, and while that is feasible, we felt pretty cramped with our party of 9 when it came time to eat dinner or watch a movie together. The beds are comfortable and every room has a gorgeous view. Some ideas to improve the stay: sand and seal the rails on the decks to avoid splinters, organize the kitchen cabinets and make room for grocery items, purchase new pots and pans (especially the nonstick), and dust the cobwebs in the stairways. The management company was excellent and exceeded our expectations with their fantastic attention to detail and prompt service.

Myrtle beach

The home was perfect, the location was amazing. The one opportunity is at most VRBO we have stayed at, there are extra trash bags, one extra paper towel, and a small dish soap and laundry detergent. We literally had to go get all of these items the day we arrived. If you go in March do not pay for the pool heating it never got warm. It was too windy for the bikes in March but any other time they are a great quality bike. The beach chairs were perfect from Tommy Bahama. There are no sand toys but you can buy some at Walmart. We paid for the Baskaway package but did not receive the cornhole boards or the beach towels. We set up our own stuff every day on the beach and if a service was available to do that as stated in the description, no one contacted us. The outside showers and bathroom were great to get off all the sand and not track it into the house. All the appliances worked well and having a second refrigerator off the laundry area was perfect. There was a lot of construction going on in adjacent homes because of the hurricane damage but the workers kept noise to a minimum. I would recommend this location, we had an amazing trip.

This property has beautiful views, a private pool, 2 master bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. The property is NOT located on a crowded, public beach. The management company along with the staff who provided the towels, chairs, umbrellas, set up/take down service, etc. all were fantastic to work with!SUGGESTIONS (although these would not stop us from renting this property again): The kitchen could have been better stocked with spices, etc. as has been the case with other places we've stay even during Covid. It would be beneficial if the kitchen had some type of additional ventilation to help remove the extra heat from the cooktop range and the oven. Maintaining a consistent air conditioning temperature in the living room, kitchen and first floor master bedroom was a little challenging. It was typical for the temperature in the rooms to raise to 78 degrees even with all of the blinds closed throughout the day, evening and overnight. This resulted in us having to set the thermostat to 68 degrees to achieve a comfortable temperature.All in all - Do not pass on renting this house. You will not be disappointed!

It has been a real gift to our family to come here once every fall for four straight years and we will be returning next year for our fifth. It’s a wonderful property with such a relaxed setting and beautiful natural aesthetics. We simply love it!
