The condo was as nice and clean as shown online. The views from the windows and balcony were amazing. You could hear the waves in the night from the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location and condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked with cooking pans and utensils, but no extra supplies like spices/oil/trash bags/etc available like often find in a VRBO rental. Would book again.

Incredible condo -everything seemed brand new -TV in every room -3 full baths rooms -comfortable sofa and view was just breathtaking. We enjoyed close by restaurants -shopping and of course sitting on the beach enjoying a cocktail and snacks. We were so comfortable here like home. Everything you need in the kitchen as well . Highly recommend -be great for 3 couples or family kids. We will come again.

The condo was amazing! Beds were comfortable! Loved all the recliners in the living space! Kitchen was pretty well stocked with necessary items (could have used another baking sheet but we worked it out). Our only disappointment was that our rental fee didn’t include the chair and umbrella rental that previous rentals have. Thanks for a great week!

Loved the views and the condo was very spacious three bedrooms and three bathrooms We will rent the same unit again Very close to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington State Park which we loved.

However, we were Plagued by nightly fireworks exploding right outside our balcony until midnight or so. Fireworks are prohibited but no one was enforcing this. Washer very slow and noisy.

With a very hectic working schedule, we decided we needed some serious R&R. We booked this property, and it was just what we needed. The kitchen is modern and well appointed and the decor is very nice. Only complain is that the shower head in the master bath needs replacing. But we will be sure to stay here again. We love it!

Sheets for twin beds need to be deep pocket for the bottom as it is very hard to use regular ones n these beds. Everything else has been taken care of. Thank you Garden City Realty.

We asked for the top-of-bed to be cleaned and it was Monday before it arrived. We had about 10 Roach/Palmetto bugs. Called GC Realty and they came out ASAP and sprayed and we saw no more. Overall though,Parking-Good, Elevator-Good,Grounds,Pool-Good, Room-Good, Kitchen,Utensils,Appliances-Good, Bathrooms-Good,View-Good, WIfi-Good, Cleanliness-Good, Security-Good. Great View for Firework observation almost every night. We hardly left the Grounds. We had 3 Families and we had a great time and would go back to this unit.

Garden City Reality is easy to deal with and very helpful to all our needs especially Jackie Alston and Patricia Reed, and the housekeeping department.

The weather could have been a little warmer but guess you can't control that. Since we are here that long, a hand mixer would be nice. The last two years we were here there was one, but it is not here this year. Also a four slice toaster would make breakfast a lot easier. Other than those two things, everything is perfect.

Having two rental properties myself, I could tell that the owner had put a lot of work & effort into providing a nice rental property. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the carpet & furniture was dirty. In the bedroom that was a two foot sq. area at the foot of the bed that was stained. In the living room, it appeared that someone had continually dripped soft drink or coffee over the carpet. No dirt was not embedded & I removed most with some form carpet cleaner. My point is that the cleaning service should have done this. (The owner deserves better.) Our stay was great & the condo is in a great location. The rental management would have gotten a higher sore but, one day the rental management had given a couple a handful of keys to look at condos & our condo was one of those. No one wants someone to walk in. Bad mistake on the Rental Management part. In summary, its time to clean the carpet & furniture.
