The condo is beautiful, and very comfortable. The view is absolutely awesome! You can enjoy it from inside the condo, or relax on the patio with a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine, and enjoy the view as well as the ocean breeze and sounds of the gulls and waves. The condo was as described, very comfortable and attractively decorated. We enjoyed celebrating my husband's birthday, as well as just relaxing.

The condo was great but we were asked to evacuate 5 days early due to hurricane Dorian. Also, we reported several repairs needed on our first day but there was no response by the realtor. No maintenance was ever done.

We have been traveling to Garden City Beach my whole life. We love staying at Surf Master and this particular condo (1105 North tower) was wonderful. Great furniture, kitchen and living room space. Only area that can be improved is replacing the shower head in the Master bathroom. Nicely updated bathroom but showerhead was dirty.

Room was very well furnished and looked comfortable. We chose this room in Surfmaster because it specifically listed “No pets allowed”. However, as my wife and children walked in we could smell an air freshener mixed with an animal smell. As we unloaded our things we started noticing pet hair on our belongings. We were excited to be there and decided we’d eat and clean it up later. In the kitchen we started cooking and picked pet hair out of the pot of water to boil. We sat on the couch and pet hair landed in our laps. At night we picked pet hair off the bed comforter and had to put the blanket back in the closet because it was covered in pet hair. We tried the vacuum and the filter was full of pet hair and had such a bad smell that we put it back. The cloth sofas had pet hair on nearly every inch. We covered the sofas all week with sheets and still swept hair every day.

SM 1105 was just as described- very comfortable and clean with wonderful views. GCR makes check in/out very simple. When we plan to visit Garden City, we always check availability at Surf Master first.

Beautiful and well kept condo. We enjoyed two “recliners” just like home!!! A very quiet area and the condo was so comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the electric fireplace in the living area and the fully stocked kitchen. The large walk in shower was simply wonderful!!!

We were very pleased with our unit. It was exactly as described and the decor was beautiful. It was lovely to be right on the beach for those daily walks plus having the option of a swimming pool and hot tub available. The property was clean and well maintained. We put in a call for service once and the response was immediate.We felt the location is great and central for what we all did. We enjoyed the Marsh Walk, Georgetown, Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach and a day trip to Charleston. And for those who like to shop there are lots of options there also.We hope this property is available the next time we want to go south and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The unit was clean and recently updated, and we loved that there was netting around the balcony to ensure the safety of little ones. My only recommendation would be to add a few comfortable/lounging chairs to the balcony in addition to the high top chairs/table.

Granted we came the first of May, last week of the better pricing, but it was perfect weather and no crowds. The condo (Surf master Master 1105) was beautiful! The recent remodel and update was done well. The new shower in the master bath was so nice. There was nothing we wanted for. If anyone has not noticed on these condos, the balcony is extra deep and very relaxing. The tall table and seating was very welcome because you could rest and still see over the balcony, not through it like so many others with a low table and chairs.The Kitchen was very well equipped with every gadget you could want. The rest of the place was also furnished well. The laundry was so convenient, we ended up going home with no dirty clothes to wash when we got home. Being it was our first time there we were not sure of the layout and parking situation but if you find the lower level parking (right off the street) park, use the north elevators on the left as you look at them, and got to 11th floor, 1105 will be to your right a couple of steps. Follow the directions to the door locks carefully and you are in. No lobby or human contact required. overall, Wonderful!

Beautiful condo! Staid here for two weeks in October 2021. It's nice to find an owner that puts money back into their condo. Beautiful upgrades, great water pressure, comfortable beds.We loved having a screen door in October when the nights were cool.Definitely would rent again.

We have been vacationing at Surfmaster for 34 years. Over the years the area has grown quite a bit, but the beach area has mostly remained the same. This is a great location to relax and enjoy the beach.

In all it was a great rental experience. Very easy check in and the condo has a great view from balcony with good shade on the balcony in the afternoon. I did not have any issues but if you are a late sleeper in the master bedroom the blinds do not block out the morning sunshine very much.

Home was in a great location and the home was beautifully decorated. The only issue I had was the difficulty with the key lock. I contacted maintenance right away and they were very prompt at responding, unfortunately it wasn’t resolved and It was difficult getting in every time. Hopefully the go to a keyless lick in the future. I was there for 2 weeks and had an awesome time.
