Give little more to your guests

Hotel doesn’t give complimentary bottle of water only for the first night - fridge is empty and no coffee machines or kettle in rooms. Little things make big difference. Receptionists very friendly and helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at Star G Hotel in Munich. The overall service was good — from the warm welcome at check-in to a smooth check-out process. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered good value for money. The hotel also provided useful business services, including access to a computer and printing facilities. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the experience at the restaurant was less satisfactory. The night shift staff's service was below expectations, and the food and drinks did not quite match the value paid. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable overall.

Room was spacious, clean and a 7 min walk to either the tram or the bus stop. Little fridge added was very convenient and useful. Staff was not particularly friendly but did their job nonetheless. We had to insist about getting the free drink that Expedia offered to us for being gold members. Check out time at noon was great and rare to see anymore.

Check in experience was awful. Not only were the staff unfriendly, they almost sent me to the other building incorrectly and when I filled out the check in form, it showed a remaining balance even though I'd paid in full via Expedia. When I told the receptionist, she responded with a rude attitude until her coworker corrected her and told me to ignore the balance. The hotel itself is also in poor condition, with one of the elevator doors barely functioning. The room was poorly designed sparse, and had none of the basic amenities. Body wash was used in place of everything including hand soap, there was a single power outlet next to the bed and the shower head was not good. I was glad to only be staying one night and will never go there again.

Lovely friendly hotel

Great hotel - easy tram and metro rout into city. Friendly staff, good value for money and amazing breakfast. Would recommend. Only wish they offered family rooms with twin beds

Mixed feelings

Positives: amazing clean hotel with good transportation options. Neutral: no hot drink facilities available in the room. The hotel doesnt have a deli or shop as listed on Hotels.com. Negatives: despite paying for breakfast for 1 person x 1 day per room (x2) i was asked to leave the dining room as i hadnt paid. This was humilating, and the fault of the staff that checked me us in the night before failing to update the system the same time. Also had issue after the NFL match the bar/restaurant had limited food available so i was left without an evening meal. The staff were both noncholant and unhelpful yet again. FAO hotal management: Please train staff to check guests in correctly, and and ensure the bar holds enough food for guests wishing to eat at the hotel in the evening.
